For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Chorleywood for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Chorleywood Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Chorleywood sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I I am a passionate, dog-lover with years of experience caring for pups of all kinds! For the past six years, I've been actively helping rescue dogs, giving me invaluable experience in handling dogs with different personalities and needs. My own dog is incredibly gentle and welcomes every furry guest like family, ensuring an stress-free and social stay. I've been providing safe and loving dog boarding for two years without any issues, offering a home full of care, cuddles, and fun. Whether your pup needs extra attention, playtime, or just a cozy place to relax, I treat every dog as my own!

I work from home all day, so your pup will never be lonely. I have plenty of time to play, give belly rubs, and ensure they're well cared for throughout the day.

Our own friendly dog loves having playmates, so your pup will always have a buddy to run around with. In the afternoons, our kids are back from school, and they absolutely adore dogs, so even more love and attention for your pup. Whether it's playtime, walks, or just relaxing together, we make sure every dog feels like part of our family.
I have a large fenced garden for plenty of playtime and a friendly resident dog who loves making new friends. I understand that every dog is unique, so I follow their routine whether it is meals, walks, or snuggles just like they are used to. Whether they love to play or prefer to relax, I make sure they are comfortable, happy, and well cared for.

Hi! I'm a huge dog lover who grew up taking care of my family dog - training him, walking him, and giving him all the love in the world. Since moving away from home, I really miss having that daily companionship and joy that dogs bring. That’s why I’ve decided to become a pet sitter, to care for and connect with cats and dogs like I would my own.
I also have experience looking after family friends’ dogs, so I’m confident with a range of breeds and temperaments.
Whether your pet loves long walks, cuddles on the couch, or just a calm space to relax, I’m here to provide a loving and safe environment. I don’t currently have a pet at home, so I’m open to vaccinated and unvaccinated dogs alike.
I genuinely enjoy creating a home where your dog feels happy and cared for while you’re away.
I’d love to meet your furry friend soon! ️

I am 52 years of age I have had dogs for the last 25 years ranging from Great Dane , Mastiff to Bull Dogs I have house sat for Labradors, golden doodle, shutouts, jack Russell, border collie, German shepherd/border collie cross, a mongrel,a bull dog and French bull dog, daschund, Gordon Setter, cavapoo, cocker poo and a Rottweiler a variety of cats one being completely blind. I work in HR and work remotely so as long as I have an internet connection I can work anywhere
I will love your pets like they were my own and shower them with loads of love and affection I love to go on long walks and have big furry cuddles this has become like my therapy where I go and look after peoples pets and love them and give them their home comforts. As long as my work allows I will walk dogs and if they have set routines where they meet up with furry friends I will try my hardest to ensure their routine is not affected.
I love to travel and I'm using this experience to see the uk and make new fur baby friends
I do not drive but travel to my sits on the train or tube if in London and walk all dogs in the local area meeting up with doggy friends to try to give the dogs I'm looking after their usual daily routine
I work from home on a permanent basis so other than maybe going out on my own to get some shopping or necessities I will be at home with your pets and ensure they have as good an experience without their owners as is possible

I'm an experienced sitter with two years experience looking after homes and furry friends!
I'm a freelance journalist and producer which allows me plenty of freedom to work from home and look after pets where needed. I'm also very (extremely) clean and tidy so will always leave your homes in pristine condition.
I have been sitting on Trusted Housesitters for a number of years now, enjoying time in London and the Home Counties, as well as Bristol! I usually sit with my partner who has a car too in case it's necessary for longer walks or trips with the dog. We do not live together yet so enjoying time away gives us a chance to spend time exploring new areas. We love nothing more than dogs, walking & a great coffee so always welcome some great recommendations in your area!
Always happy to arrange a call or FaceTime to chat ahead of the sit
