I'm Jessie, originally from France but living in Edinburgh for 10 years now.I've always lived with dogs, and currently share my Abbeyhill based flat with Moose, 7yo cairn terrier who likes to be involved in anything happening around him.  I work from home so dogs don't stay alone and can get the attention they need! They're allowed on the sofa  and are free to explore the 2 baskets full of toys.I live close to Holyrood park which is a vast playground for our furry friends, and have a car for any adventure further afield.&nbsp;&nbsp;I only take one dog at a time to offer a quality stays, and look after other's dog like my own! Safety is a priority for me and I know how worrying it can be to leave your beloved pets to others especially if it's the first time, so we can agree on lots of picture/video updates! :)&nbsp;Given that I live in a flat, I prioritise smaller breeds.&nbsp;

We absolutely love spending time with dogs, whether that’s heading out for walks, sharing the sofa, or welcoming them into our home. While our work commitments mean we can’t adopt more dogs, we’re always happy to open our home to yours on weekends. Lolly especially loves having a canine companion to play, explore, and relax with.
We have a fully enclosed back garden with a 2m-high fence, as well as plenty of indoor space, toys, and cosy dog beds. Our daily routine includes a long park walk during daylight hours (usually between 1 and 3 hours), along with shorter walks and brief park visits early in the morning and after dinner.
We’re happy to help with pick-up and drop-off if needed. We’re generally available for dog boarding from Fridays to Sundays, and for doggy day care and walks on Saturdays and Sundays. If your needs are slightly different, feel free to get in touch – we’ll always do our best to be flexible.
We’d also love to meet you and your furry friend before any booking, to make sure everyone feels comfortable and happy staying together for the day or night. We can’t wait to meet some new four-legged friends!

Hello pet owners! I am a responsible professional who loves cats and dogs but cannot quite commit to a full-time furry friend. I am 33, work from home most of the week and enjoy relaxed evenings with a movie or a book, as well as the outdoors. A friendly pet would be a really lovely addition to my days occasionally. So why not help eachother? :)
I grew up in a small farm with lots of different animals around, and now happily volunteer to help out with the pets of my family or friends. I also especially look forward to office work days when my colleagues' dogs are visiting. Not much work gets done then, I'll admit. :) People always seem to get surprised I don't actually have a pet. So this would be the next best thing.&nbsp;
My requirements are that your pet is small to medium size, friendly and potty/litter box trained as my flat is mostly carpeted. But they will be allowed everywhere in the flat. If your pet needs cuddles at night I'll be happy to share my bed with them. I will prioritise your pets while they're with me, take them out for a longer walk by the beach once a day, and a few more shorter times according to their training.&nbsp;
Otherwise, I am flexible and can discuss what works, depending on your needs. I drive so can collect/drop them off if needed.&nbsp;

I am a student who’s grown up around animals and genuinely loves caring for them. I’ve lived with a dog for 5 years, a cat for 2 years, so I’m comfortable looking after pets with different routines and personalities. My daily care usually includes regular walks,feeding on schedule and making sure pets get plenty of attention and affection. Any home feels a little empty without a pet, luckily growing up my home was never without one (several actually), but sadly since moving to Edinburgh I do not have any. Pet sitting gives me a great opportunity to spend time with loving fur friends, enjoy their unique mannerisms, and maybe go out for some nice walks! I don't have any character requirements I just want them to be themselves, whether your pet is energetic, shy, indifferent, growly, etc. It’s more about company, safety and care. Trust is earned and I put the time in to adapt to different pet’s needs and behaviours, with the hope they will feel comfortable and at home with me :)&nbsp;
I have always enjoyed caring for animals and the range of experience I have had branches from domestic animals to wildlife, with a diploma in animal management to support my interest. I have been intermittently pet sitting throughout the years, but more major roles include animal rescue work, habitat conservation, protection of endangered birds, and kennels and cattery work - so quite a mix. During this time, I have cared for various species and breeds; reptiles, dogs, rabbits, cats, and often dealt with behavioural difficulties or anxiety in animals.
I have listed the option of home boarding, having a small but cosy 1st floor flat in Edinburgh centre with aspacious communal garden. There is a little spare room in my flat that works nicely as a space for pets staying, and there are plenty of spots to retreat to/climb up for their own space. My primary job is a professional cleaner so you can also expect a high standard of cleanliness for your pet. To stay with me pets must be vaccinated and have up to date cards, so I hope that's okay :)&nbsp;
