For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in East Horsley for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local East Horsley Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving East Horsley sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I’m a reliable, kind, and caring local dog walker and cat sitter who truly loves spending time with animals. As someone who works from home as a virtual PA, I have the flexibility and availability to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Whether your dog needs a long, energising walk or your cat prefers calm companionship and routine check-ins, I can tailor my care to suit their individual needs.I love walking in the nature, staying active, and being outdoors in all seasons, so your dog will enjoy safe, stimulating walks that keep them happy and healthy. For cats, I offer gentle, patient care, making sure they feel comfortable, fed, entertained, and well looked after while you’re away.Being responsible and organised in my professional life means I bring the same level of reliability and attention to detail to caring for your pets. You can trust me to treat your home and your animals with the utmost respect, ensuring they feel secure, loved, and cared for at all times!I understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. Whether I’m caring for a lively, excitable pup or a more nervous or senior dog, I always take the time to adapt my approach to suit them. I remain calm and patient in all situations, paying close attention to body language and behaviour to ensure each pet feels safe, secure, and comfortable. Their wellbeing is always my top priority, and I handle every walk and visit with care, awareness, and attention to detail.I have looked after a golden retriever in the past with anxiety and needed patience and understanding to warm up but loved me very quickly!

Hello! My name is Imogen and I'm a third year vet student at the University of Surrey. I've been house and pet sitting for five years now and can provide references to confirm this. I've worked with dogs, cats, and horses previously, and have also kept reptiles, small mammals, and poultry myself. At my family home I have a dog, cat, tortoise, snake, guinea pigs, and a horse, so I'm confident caring for a range of animals to a high standard. I'm quiet and reliable, and provide good quality care and give lots of love to your pets! I've fostered and hand reared kittens previously so am confident caring for puppies and kittens. I've completed placements at a range of rescue centres and small animal settings so have experience working with a range of animals in different settings. I am confident with strong dogs and can administer medication to any pets that need it. I love caring for animals and have spent many years working and volunteering in animal care, giving me very valuable experience that I take forward with me when working with your pets. As a vet student I have passed exams in handling various species and have studied husbandry in detail. I'm flexible to work around you and your pets routines in terms of how much of my time they need and the specifics of their care. I will always try to fit into their routine where possible! I look forward to hearing from you!

I grew up with dogs (a beagle and a Dalmatian) and have also looked after dogs for friends and family over the years - including my brother's dachshund and a friend's Boston terrier.
Although I'd love a dog of my own now, it's not currently practical - but I do currently have lots of free time during school hours (between 9:30-2:30 on most weekdays except for Weds, when I'm available between 9:30-11:30).
Happy to check in on cats or other pets too!
I would love to have some canine company for walks and would care for any dog like they're my own. I am comfortable with all types of dogs - big or small, energetic or snoozy.
Happy to throw a ball on repeat and stop to sniff every lamppost.
Bonus points if they enjoy coffee and a chat.
Thanks for considering me as your dog walker - looking forward to meeting your pup!
