"Nikolai was great with Rhubarb! He made time to meet us before taking care of him for the day, and was helpful when making all arrangements ahead of time. We got lots of photo updates and Rhubarb had a wonderful time - he clearly felt very happy and taken care of. Thank you Nikolai :) "

"Pallavi kept my anxious Bruno calm with walks and extra playtime—she even texted updates!”
Pallavi did a splendid job connecting with him.
I didn’t worry once.
Thank you."

"Dora had the best day with Peter and his wife Hannah. She can be a little nervous around new people, but they were so kind, caring and understood her needs! So much so she seemed completely settled in within an hour or so of being there! They kept us regularly updated and Dora had a fabulous day! Thank you :) "
