For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Gravesend for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Gravesend Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Gravesend sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi there!
I’m a proud dog owner with two years of experience caring for both dogs and cats — and I absolutely love it. I’ve walked dogs of all sizes, fed both cats and dogs, played with them, and made sure they felt safe and happy while their owners were away.
Being around animals is always a joy for me, but I never let that joy distract me from their safety. I’m observant, responsible, and calm under pressure. I treat every pet like my own — with patience, love, and full attention.
One thing I enjoy doing is capturing little moments during the day and sending updates to owners. Whether it's a funny moment, a peaceful nap, or a happy tail wag, I’ll keep you in the loop so you can feel connected even while you're away.
I’m also comfortable following detailed instructions, routines, or any special care your pet needs. I'm usually available on weekends and during the day, so feel free to reach out and ask about specific times.
Whether it’s feeding, walking, cuddling, or just keeping your pet company, I’m here to help you and make your pet feel safe, seen, and loved every step of the way.

I've had dogs all my life and currently have a 3 year old chocolate labrador who is a family dog. I've got experience of training puppies and regularly run with my own dog. I grew up on a farm surrounded by 4 labradors and 2 german shepherds. I now have 1 chocolate labrador and work part time on night shift (4 hours). I am available for boarding and day care throughout the working week. My partner works remotely and is at home too.I have 120 ft fenced garden which dogs have access to all day. Dogs also have access to the entire downstairs in my 4 bed semi detached house and I live near danson park. I provide alot of stimulation and ensure dogs are walked daily and that they get rest too. Alot of the dogs that board with me are welcome to any spot in the house but I will always ensure I follow owners guidance and special instructions too in terms of routine. I will also work on any area training gaps such as recall, walking off lead etc. Alot of the dogs that stay with us are part of the family and I miss them when it's time to say goodbye.I love dogs and genuinely feel they make the world a better place when looked after well. In return I enjoy making them happy in an home away from home setting.

I have grown up on a farm surrounded by all animals . I have 5 horses 1 dog . I have experience from small to large dogs , nervous and energetic. I have experience with cats and other animals as well . I enjoy the company and would love to help families out . I have a calm and inviting presence and I am willing to take it in the animals stride . I love to get to know all different breeds and learn around them . I am confident to take them out alone or in company , I also love to explore different locations and allow you animals to get good quality time out in the fresh air , so that you are able to work or get things done . I provide all different care packages to suit the need or your 4 legged friends as well :)
During your time with me your furry babies will get 3 walks minimum of an hour at a time . They will get unconditional love and affection. You will receive lots of updates as well ! Although I live in a flat we have access to the park immediately outside the block , we also have access to Danson park which is a beautiful walk. The animals will sleep within the living room on the sofa bed so will have lots of space as well.
If you feel I may be able to help you please feel free to get in touch
