For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Hale for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Hale Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Hale sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

My name is Celine, and I am based in Manchester. I love animals of every shape and form. I have grown up and shared my life with a multitude of animals, such as dogs, both from puppy and as rescues, cats, ducks, quails, chickens, fish, gerbils, hamsters and also lizards and snakes. I am able to be a full time day and night sitter. I also offer cleaning services to tidy around the animals and am able to help make your vet appointments due to my access to a car. I am known to be empathetic, patient and also love to play as much as the animals want. If I dog walk I know a many good parks around the area and can do up to 1 hour walksI have access to a safe and beautiful home with a big garden area. Whilst the garden is mostly used freely by free roaming ducks, I have the amenities and attentiveness to create a routine and supervised access to animals boarding with me as well as divide the schedule between dogs and the ducks. I have healed and learnt to be a good human through my life with pets - without animals, life would be so bland! I believe it is a duty to return this unconditional love we receive from them.My favourite being in the whole entire world is Sasha, my baby girl. She is a rescue who came into my life since she was 2 after being returned as a Christmas present to being a stray. She has taught me so much about love, patience, discipline, confidence and laughter.I would love to provide this support and give you confidence that your animals will be well looked after.

Cosy Paws gives you a promise to give your Fur babies the best care. We are passionate about what we do and feel it’s highly important to understand your pets needs.
I’m Hannah and I love all animals especially Dogs, after growing up with both from a young age in my family home. I’ve been dog walking and sitting since 2016, I really enjoy it and it works well around my family commitment’s. I give 110% with my work & will promise to fulfill all expectations to make sure your pet is feeling safe, cared for and happy while loving owners are away.
I have had my own experience of using pet sitting services and understand the importance of providing a quality & professional service.
We know that the little things make a big difference during vacations, like sending owners pictures or videos to reassure them. Playing voice notes to pets from owners or just giving them that extra TLC while owners are away from home.
I love being in the outdoors and look forward to taking all dogs for a stroll or run around with a ball when they need to stretch their legs : )

For as long as I can remember, I've loved the companionship of dogs.
Walking them brings me so much joy, and I'm dedicated to ensuring your pet's safety and well-being during our strolls.
Having volunteered to walk a neighbourhood dog, I love getting the opportunity to let them run and play in the park. Given that my own dog is now very old and so has very limited stamina for lengthy walks, I am eager to share my passion for long walks and runs with another dog nearby.
I would consider myself a mature and responsible person, and therefore happily say I can guarantee that your dog will be under constant watch, ensuring their safety at all times. I will shower your pet with the same affection and attention as I do with my own.
although I don't have a lot of experience with unfamiliar dogs I have lots of experience taking care of and walking dogs of many different sizes and breeds.

I live in Fulham in a pet friendly house and am happy to care for your dog there and at your home. I am still in education so I am only available weekends and evenings

Best friend for your little best friend!
We are a couple based near Deansgate who own a doggo themselves, Carlton! Carlton is the friendliest dog. He loves all dogs and adapts his play levels to each dog. He can entertain a puppy and be chilled around an older pup!
We are a very active and playful household so can accommodate all needs! The dogs can be walked as often as needed. No matter the weather.
We offer daycare, house sitting and drop in visits. We can work around your and your dog needs. We are very flexible during the week and can almost always accommodate last-minute plan changes. We are based at home full time so have the flexibility to look after other doggos.
We have experience in looking after puppies and senior dogs. We can administer oral medication if needed too!
We are very excited to meet you and your little buddy for all the play and cuddles! We have a few regular doggos that stay with us!

Hello everyone! I have lived happily with a variety of animals my entire life from dogs like Eric and Bruce ( Father n Son ) golden retriever team, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and an array of birds due to my fathers avery in our back garden, (you name it we more than likely owned it.)I have just returned to the area so I thought I would set up my own local private pet care service which I did previously whilst I was living abroad for the past two years.I live in a perfect location now for walking pets, with close proximity to heaps of trails and parks.I can travel further afield if needed for pet sitting/pet transport which will include a maximum of 3 walks of 30 minutes to an hour-long per 24 hours depending on your pet's needs.I also offer pet visits between 30 minutes and 1 hour in duration dependent on pets' requirements. I was sad to leave my last job and all my four-legged friends I provided pet care for and I can honestly say it was the best 2 years on a job satisfaction front I have ever had! (hence I want to continue this passion now I am back in the UK)Please feel free to contact me for a free meet and greet to discuss a little more in detail both your and your pet's needs . I promise you will receive the most attentive and enthusiastic animal care possible for your pets as I just love being in the presence of all animals big, small, old & young, energetic and chilled. Thanks for checking my profile and I look forward to possibly hearing from some of you soon!

Hey there!
I'm James, an experienced dog owner living in South Manchester. I have my own cockapoo (Gnocchi) and have experience walking other dogs before getting my own.
I often work evenings which leaves me free during the day so I'm looking to fill my time by spending it walking other people's dogs.
Happy to take your pup on long walks or home visits or dog boarding in my own home as long as they're vaccinated. I live in a house with a big back garden that's fully fenced with plenty of space to run around in.
I own my own car so if you're a little of the way I'm happy to travel within reasonable distance. Typical walks will involve parks and some play in a gated off area with or without my own dog depending on your preference. I'm comfortable walking dogs of all ages and sizes and the car has a fitted dog seat and safety harness suitable for any size of dog. Locally I have lots of green areas, including large parks and areas that are completely closed off and secure for off lead fetch.
Home visits are usually an hour long or two visits for £15.
Get in touch and tell me a bit more about your four legged friend!

I’ve always had a deep love for animals — they’ve been such an important part of my life. I’ve cared for cats and dogs for many years, and now I have my own lovely cat living with me here in the UK. She came all the way from China, and taking care of her through that big journey has taught me so much about patience, trust, and gentle communication. What I OfferI provide home visits for cats and dog walking services. I can feed them, refresh their water, clean litter trays, give medication if needed, and spend time playing or cuddling — whatever makes them feel safe and loved while you’re away. For dogs, I offer calm, caring walks, always following their pace and making sure they feel relaxed and happy. A Little About My PlaceI live in a quiet flat with no balcony, which makes it safe for pets when I do home visits. There’s also a lovely park nearby — perfect for peaceful walks or a bit of playful energy release. My ApproachI truly believe animals can feel our emotions. I always take time to read their body language and understand what they need — whether that’s attention, playtime, or a little space. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for.If you’re looking for someone gentle, patient, and loving to look after your furry friend, I’d be very happy to help ️

Hi, our names are Kieron and Emily and we are the owners and service facilitators of local Manchester pet service Pet Valet MCR.
Working late or away on business? Fancy a holiday or a long weekend away? As difficult as it is leaving our furry friends alone at times, finding a temporary companion shouldn’t be! The Pet Valet is a home-based pet sitting service in the Manchester area, catered to dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and more!
What do the home visits include?
Each home visit is entirely dependent on the customers’ requirements and what help their beloved pets need most, and these needs can be met by detailing them in an online or over-the-phone enquiry. However, a typical 30 minute home visit to your pet will most likely include:
•Being fed & watered
•Being let out to use the toilet
•Litter tray/cage cleaning
•Fuss, playtime & attention
•Short walks & fresh air (Longer walks can extended for a small fee)
•Photo updates after each visit!
Who is Pet Valet MCR operated by? And who will be making my pets’ home visits?!
Pet Valet MCR is ran by owners and service facilitators, Kieron and Emily (that’s us!). We are a couple in our late 20's and have life-long experience being around animals and our love for them is immeasurable. We have particular experience working with dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs and house rabbits—but we are more than confident/comfortable to pet-sit any additional pets of a more… ‘extraordinary’ (shall we say?) species!
We are currently adopters to two RSPCA rescue house rabbits, Fran and Cooper (who aren't exactly thrilled about us working with animals other than themselves but they'll have to deal with it!).
Price Guide:
x1 HOME VISIT: £20 for a 30 minute visit
x2 HOME VISITS: £30 for x2 30 minute visits
(This is a price guide for common domesticated pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs & hamsters—for any other pets please enquire)
What areas are covered?
Pet Valet MCR operates in most areas found in Trafford, Salford Central and Manchester City. If you are out of area, please do not hesitate to contact me as you may not be precluded from service. Key collection and pre-visits may also incur additional costs if required. Service is guaranteed in the following areas & surrounding:

Hello! I am a kind, patient, and responsible pet lover offering a safe and calm home environment for your pet while you are away. I work from home most days, so pets are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, supervision, and affection throughout the day.

A typical day includes regular feeding according to your instructions, fresh water, playtime, gentle interaction, and a quiet place to rest. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to reduce stress and help them feel comfortable. Pets are free to relax in the living area and will sleep in a warm, safe indoor space at night.

I am especially gentle with shy or anxious pets and allow them time to settle at their own pace. Safety is very important to me — my home is clean, secure, and pet-friendly, and I only accept healthy, vaccinated pets.

I will send regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for. Your pet will be treated with kindness, patience, and genuine love, just like a member of the family.
