I am a registered veterinary nurse and also have an interest in canine behaviour and training. I am a big lover of all creatures, big and small, having grown up with cats all my life and various sized dogs too!
I spent my time throughout university dog sitting and walking. I now work in a referral veterinary hospital but still love to spend my free time outside wherever possible and also enjoy working on behaviour training where required as it is very rewarding.
I have grown up surrounded by animals and feel comfortable being around and looking after all varieties of furry friends. I have also spent a month volunteering abroad at an animal sanctuary which has really opened my eyes to how lucky our four legged friends are here. 
I now have great regular customers but would like to grow my clientele which is why I have joined Paw Shake. I love long dog walks and also combining this with canine training in order to help improve a pooch's overall behaviour over time. My property is a ground floor flat with direct access to a large communal grassed area, I actively go walking around lunch time which your pup would be able to join along for during my care. The property is dog safe meaning that it is clear and tidy from anything potential harmful. I also have a dog bed with joys to keep them occupied.

We have previously used Borrow My Doggy, and have had great success looking after many different dogs, all ages and sizes! 
My partner Jamie (29) and I (Alina, 31) have always been animal lovers, having anything from dogs, cats, fishes and parrots, you name it! We especially love dogs but are unable to get one permanently ourselves at the moment as we live in an apartment, so we often look after our families pets in the meantime and we love doing so!
In terms of what we can offer, we are extremely flexible, we both work somewhat remotely, so there is always someone at home. This means we can do anything from dog walking to house pet sitting! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment currently with no access to a garden, however can take your pets out as and when needed and we also have a lovely forest near by! 
We can pet sit at our home in the mornings, afternoons and evenings most days of the week, depending on our work schedules and holidays we have ourselves. We are able to do dog walks throughout the day, we have a woodland not far from where we are, where we can go out for short / long walks, however long your dog needs. 🦮

I'm Ellen, 26, from Guildford.
I grew up with a black lab and can't wait for the day I can own a dog. I regularly look after my friends and family's dogs and have used dog walking and sitting sites. I would like to expand on this.
I've previously worked with a variety of dogs. For instance, I walk 5 small dogs regularly, walk and train a 3-year-old German Shepherd,  I've house sat with a Cockerpoo and looked after an Australian Cattle Dog for a week - just to name a few!
I'd love to help with walks, house sitting, whatever it may be. I'm kind, responsible, full of energy and great with dogs ( and people ).
I'm looking to study as a dog behaviourist, which I can do alongside dog sitting and walking.
I can house well-behaved dogs overnight regularly, or I can do so in your home. I think it would be good to build a trusting relationship first and then see how we go.

My experience with dogs is around 10 years. I have done pet sitting and dog walking for family, friends and externally. I love walking, and being outside. Due to not having my own dog, a companion makes walks worth while. I have experience with small and larger dogs, also rescue dogs. Grew up with rescues, spaniels and cats.
You will be kept updated with videos and photos throughout their stay so you are at ease of how they are getting on. 
Flexible working days from home until November, so arrangements can be made at time of request. 
From January onwards I will be on maternity leave, I will still be out doing lots of walking so the dog will have company all the time. Dogs must get on with babies/children 
Always look to do 2-3 walks a day.

I have taken care of pets all my life. I grew up with three Sharpeis in the household at all times. I absolutely love dogs and the joy that they bring to our lives. I relocated to the England in 2020 to pursue my medical career. I had moved from Florida where I had my own dog walking company with over 30 customers. This kept me active and allowed me to do something that I enjoyed every day while also making my income. Since moving to England, I have immensely missed the daily interactions I had with dogs. I adore dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have volunteered in dog rescue for many years and have experience with a wide range of breeds, temperaments and ages. I have owned or fostered 18 dogs. I have a lovely home on a quiet, beautiful fisheries estate which I love to share with dogs. I have two little dogs of my own and we enjoy walks around the lakes, or in the Surrey Hills or further afield. Your dog(s) will be treated as one of the family, in our home. Only dog friendly, neutered dogs please. We are fully licenced by the council, and insured. I I work mainly from home so I am around most of the time but I also have a dog walker who helps me out and she is also fully insured and very experienced.
We have a 3 bedroom detached house with a large garden. I live here with my partner and our two dogs.  Dogs are allowed wherevrer they want, including on the beds and furniture if that's what the owners would like. The garden is secured with 4 foot hedges and gates so is not suitable for dogs who may jump over higher boundaries. 
I am licensed for boarding/daycare for up to 4 dogs in addition to my own 2, but I rarely accept more than 2 dogs so it's a nice calm environment. I am happy to administer medication - I have plenty of experience. 
What you can expect when you leave your dog with us:

They won't be left alone for more than 1 hour for boarding or 3 hours for overnight stays
They have free range of the whole house, unless you request crate usage
At least 1 hour of physical exercise. This may be a long walk, 2 shorter walks, play in the garden or home
Prices shown are for 8am to 6pm for daycare or any 24 hour period for overnight stays. Additional time can be booked and paid for by arrangement.
