I love dogs and I love walking and what a great way to combine my two favourite things in the world. I enjoy country walks and exploring new places but I also love walking along the beach and seaside. Living in Brighton I can do all this.&nbsp;
The dogs get a good run around off leash if they have good recall and are able to do so. I understand that not all dogs can do this so I would need to be made aware of this. I would prefer vaccinated dogs so that everyone is safe but at a push I may consider an unvaccinated dog if absolutely necessary. Dogs are not allowed on my bed but can get up on the furniture so they'd need their bed or whatever they feel comfortable in/on.&nbsp;
Their favourite treats should come with them so that they can be rewarded for being a good dog, though with one look they can usually say sorry if they misbehave .&nbsp;
They will also need their comfort toys and food and drink bowls if they will stay with me.


I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely love spending time with animals. My family has had dogs of all sizes, including a Dalmatian and two Cocker Spaniels, which we raised from puppies through to their senior years. This has given me experience with energetic young dogs as well as older pets who need a slower, gentler pace. I have also looked after friends’ and neighbours’ dogs while they were away, including feeding, walking, and playtime.

I work mainly from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and home visits throughout the day. I love being outdoors and enjoy taking dogs on enriching walks around Brighton and Hove, whether that’s through local parks, woods, or open fields. Shes super friendly and loves company. She's often herself gone to doggy day care and is great with other breeds. We have recently moved to Saltdean just outside of Brighton. Our garden gate opens on to the South Downs where we can walk for miles. We have three small dogs of our own and go for walks at least twice a day. we love to walk in the countryside. Our dogs are used to having visiting dogs. Henry is nearly 13 years old and Tarka and Giro are nearly 6 years old. My partner Tom is an ex teacher and retired. I am an artist . So when we are not walking the dogs they are always with us. We can cater to dogs of all ages. As there are two of us we can do seperate walks for the older dogs if we need to. I am used to administering medication including injections. Our dogs are fully vaccinated and have regular flea/tick treatment so we require that visiting dogs are also vaccinated anf flea treated. We only have one or two visiting dogs at a time. They are allowed on furniture and beds ( unless owners state they would prefer otherwise). Our priority is that all dogs are safe and happy and comfortable. Obviously because we have 3 dogs of our own we cannot have dogs visiting that are unfriendly with other dogs. We do not take uneutered dogs.
