"Jialu looked after my wee 18 month old collie for a few hours while I attended an event in Manchester city centre. Her flat is in a useful location right by the canals so any dogs can be walked along there which is quite nice and there is parking close by. Jialu is a very kind and conscientious person and did a good job caring for Cilly and was easy to contact via WhatsApp. Will use again in the future if I am in Manchester with my dog :) "

"Kathy was so wonderful and flexible to meet us at the hotel, as I was on my way to a show here in Manchester — prompt, on time, all around calm and great with a treat ready for a slightly nervous doggo from the get go — and super responsive until drop off again, to come by earlier than expected for a late night at 11PM. Amazing! She’s super easy going and great on communication, and the little one relaxed so much into her company that he curled up and passed out in the photos she sent over during the watch. Wish we had her someone like Kathy in all of our travels — thank you so much, Kathy! "

"Grace agreed to look after my cat after I contacted her very last minute.
She was very approachable. My pet liked her straight away and she was very well looked after when we came back home.
