I genuinely love being around animals, and pet sitting has become a meaningful way to combine that passion with practical support for owners. I have experience caring for a wide range of pets, especially dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. Over the years, I’ve helped friends and family with daily walks, drop-in visits and general care, as well as raising a few dogs of my own. This has helped me understand different routines and behaviours, from energetic pups who need structured play and shorter, more frequent walks, to older dogs who prefer a steady pace, plenty of reassurance and calm company.
On walks and check-ins, I always aim to create a safe, positive and personalised experience. I pay close attention to each dog’s confidence level—whether they’re social and curious, a little nervous, or somewhere in between. For example, I take time to let anxious dogs settle before setting off, use gradual exposure when passing busy areas, and keep high-energy dogs engaged with varied routes, enrichment and gentle training games. I’m also mindful of safety at all times, including secure lead handling, awareness of surroundings, and following any owner-provided instructions around feeding, medication or routines.
I take pride in caring for pets as if they were my own and in giving owners complete peace of mind. My goal is to offer a reliable, reassuring and friendly service that both you and your pet can genuinely look forward to—whether it’s a daily walk, a check-in visit or regular ongoing support.


I love dogs and I love walking and what a great way to combine my two favourite things in the world. I enjoy country walks and exploring new places but I also love walking along the beach and seaside. Living in Brighton I can do all this.&nbsp;
The dogs get a good run around off leash if they have good recall and are able to do so. I understand that not all dogs can do this so I would need to be made aware of this. I would prefer vaccinated dogs so that everyone is safe but at a push I may consider an unvaccinated dog if absolutely necessary. Dogs are not allowed on my bed but can get up on the furniture so they'd need their bed or whatever they feel comfortable in/on.&nbsp;
Their favourite treats should come with them so that they can be rewarded for being a good dog, though with one look they can usually say sorry if they misbehave .&nbsp;
They will also need their comfort toys and food and drink bowls if they will stay with me.


We have recently moved to Saltdean just outside of Brighton. Our garden gate opens on to the South Downs where we can walk for miles. We have three small dogs of our own and go for walks at least twice a day. we love to walk in the countryside. Our dogs are used to having visiting dogs. Henry is nearly 13 years old and Tarka and Giro are nearly 6 years old. My partner Tom is an ex teacher and retired. I am an artist . So when we are not walking the dogs they are always with us. We can cater to dogs of all ages. As there are two of us we can do seperate walks for the older dogs if we need to. I am used to administering medication including injections. Our dogs are fully vaccinated and have regular flea/tick treatment so we require that visiting dogs are also vaccinated anf flea treated. We only have one or two visiting dogs at a time. They are allowed on furniture and beds ( unless owners state they would prefer otherwise). Our priority is that all dogs are safe and happy and comfortable. Obviously because we have 3 dogs of our own we cannot have dogs visiting that are unfriendly with other dogs. We do not take uneutered dogs.



I offer dog and cat boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking, and home visits for both dogs and cats. My care includes feeding, fresh water, regular walks, playtime, companionship, and maintaining your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I’m happy to administer basic medication such as tablets or topical treatments with clear instructions. While I don’t offer formal training or grooming services, I can reinforce basic commands and routines and help with light grooming such as brushing if requested. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for.To make sure every animal receives plenty of individual attention, I only board a small number of dogs at any one time and will always ensure they are a good match. Walks typically last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs, with at least two walks per day for boarded dogs, alongside additional toilet breaks and playtime. Pets are never left alone for long periods, during boarding no more than three hours, and during daycare no longer than one hour, in line with Pawshake guidelines.Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I plan my schedule around the animals I’m caring for. I spend most of my time at home, which allows me to closely supervise guest pets throughout the day and give them regular attention and companionship. I have good availability during both weekdays and weekends, and I’m always happy to discuss specific routines or requirements in advance.I live in a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home. Guest pets are welcome to sleep in a comfortable space that suits them best, whether that’s their own bed, a crate they’re used to, or another agreed area, and I’m happy to follow their usual routine. Safety and comfort are always my priority, and I aim to make every pet feel relaxed, secure, and at home while they’re with me.


Hey, thank you for clicking my page. My names Grace and I wanted to tell you a little about my set up at home. - we LOVE doggies, and have a 10 year old dachshund called Winnie. Shes super friendly and loves company. She's often herself gone to doggy day care and is great with other breeds. I have a nice garden, and lots of lovely walks right by our house.- I have two small children, one who is 8 and one baby who is 7 months old. We go out walking everyday with the dog and I am also home with them working from home. It's important that your dog is okay with small children and other dogs. My other half has put me on a ban from having more dogs for now, and feel I have the time and love to give to them at home if you're looking for some doggy care. So this is why I have offered my services online. I must stress it's important they are comfortable with children. 

Hello, I'm Jordan, I'm 24 years of age. I have grown up
being surrounded by animals as well as my parents
owning a boarding Kennels and Cattery, which I used to
work at before I moved away. So have seen all types of
cats and dogs over the years as well as some smaller
animals too.

I am happy to pet sit all animals, multiple too if required.
At the moment weekends I tend to always be available,
evenings of weekdays too.

Pet transportation is available to small animals,
 unfortunately can't do the bigger animals due to not 
having a big enough car. I am confident to take pets for 
walks and continue any training if required.

When am I usually available? I am usually available every
 weekend throughout the day and evening. Weekdays I
 am mainly available in the evenings but may be able to
 arrange a morning visit and a lunch visit too. 

I will aim to stay a minimum of 2 hours with your pet(s) on
 evenings and weekends I will stay longer / majority of the 
day providing I don't have other pets to visit. 

Dog walking: dogs will be walked for a good amount of
 time depending on the size of your dog, (smaller the dog
 smaller the walk). But I can confirm they will be given
 plenty for their size! 
Where will I walk your dog(s)? I am confident to walk your
 dogs anywhere, if the owner(s) requests for the dog not
 to be walked at a set location I will avoid going there. I
 may take the dog(s) to a local nature reserve or maybe a 
car ride to somewhere new to walk. But this can be
 discussed with the owner(s).

House sitting: house sitting will only be available on
 weekends due to the 24hr care of looking after your
 home and pet(s). I will aim to stay within your house for
 the majority of the day(s) or popping in and out on a
 regular basis. Before leaving the house I will make sure
 all windows and doors are locked securely and pet(s) put
 in crates if required.

I would happily come meet pet(s) and owner(s)
priory to looking after animals just to make sure we are all
happy with everything.

A little about me: Currently I have a full time job working for a car garage, hence why I can only provide a service
evenings on weekdays but available all day at 
weekends. I do hope to go self employed doing 
restorations in the future.
