For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Shadwell for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Shadwell Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Shadwell sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I've been dog walking professionally for years, as well as boarding. We've had everything from Pomeranians to Alaskan Malamutes. I've handled extremely strong (physically and mentally) dogs of all breeds so I'm not put off by much! All the dogs get to stay in a home from home environment during their stay, they allowed on sofas and have free roam of the house, we try to encourage to stay off the bed but can always have a quick cuddle in the morning. On walks, I take most my dogs to secure fields where they can be let off lead and have full freedom, as well as a good play with other dogsI've got qualifications in Animal Management, Canine Buisness and I'm Pet First Aid trained. I'm a massive dog person and always have been! I finally got my first dog in 2021 and he's the best thing I've ever bought. He's super chill and loves company from fellow dog friends. Although massive on dogs, I am partial to a cat or two Your pets will be very well cared for and loved unconditionally.

Hey! I’m Magda, a prosthetist based in Leeds. I’ve grown up with animals and understand their unique personalities, quirks, and routines. While I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I really miss having that companionship around, which is why I love spending time caring for other people’s pets.
Whether it’s cuddling with cats, walking dogs, or looking after small pets, I’ll make sure your friend feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I understand that every pet is different, so I always take the time to learn their individual needs, habits, and routines to help them feel comfortable and secure.
I have experience caring for both cats and dogs through petsitting for friends and family, and I’m confident handling a variety of personalities and temperaments. My priority is always to ensure that they feel relaxed, well cared for, and receive plenty of attention and affection.
You can count on me to be responsible, trustworthy, and reliable. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your friend is in good hands. I’m also more than happy to meet before any booking.
Drop me a message if you have any questions️

I’ve always grown up around dogs and have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I currently have a 3-year-old Cocker Spaniel, so I’m very used to the fun, walks, cuddles and occasional chaos that comes with having a dog!

I have a very pet-loving home and would treat your dog as if they were my own. I understand every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow their usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable, settled and well looked after.

I can offer plenty of attention, walks, playtime, cuddles and a cosy home environment. I’m also happy to send regular photo updates so you can see what they’ve been up to.

Your dog would be joining a loving home where they’ll receive lots of fuss, care and attention while you’re away. I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and completely at home. 🤍

I have been a cat lover all my life including working in Catteries and volunteering with cat rescues. My dream has always been to open a small cattery which I am planning to do over the next couple of years. In the meantime I am offering cat and small pet sitting and drop in service to build up my clients base in the area as have recently moved. I also offer dog walks and home boarding for small domestic animals in my own home (no cats or dogs).I am married with 2 children and we have one cat called Eddie. I have owned cats since I was young adopting my first cat that we named Bagpuss. We are all animal lovers and can't wait to meet you and your moggies! Please send us a message for a free meet and greet to discuss you and your furry friends.Areas covered Wakefield, Morley and surrounding areas (extra cost for further distances)Full DBS and insurance

Hello, I'm Nicky :)
I have extensive experience walking dogs, having spent the past six months walking two of my neighbors' dogs every weekday. This daily routine has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of different dog behaviors and needs.
Additionally, as a cat owner myself, I am well-versed in pet care and ensuring the safety and happiness of animals.
I offer dog walking and home visit services for cats and dogs, ensuring your pets are well-cared for even when you're not around. Unfortunately i wont be able to provide any services in my own home (mum won't be too happy haha).
My schedule is fully flexible, allowing me to accommodate your needs and provide reliable, loving care for your furry friends. My priority is to build trusting relationships with pets and their owners, ensuring passionate care.
By choosing me, you can rest assured that your pets will receive personalised attention and exercise tailored to their preferences, fostering their health and happiness.

My approach combines reliability and a gentle, nurturing demeanor. I am skilled in feeding, walking, and administering medication, and I take pride in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for pets. I have experience with [specific types of pets, e.g., dogs, cats, etc.], and I enjoy engaging them in activities that promote their happiness and well-being.
I believe that each pet deserves individualized care, and I am committed to ensuring they feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. I would love the opportunity to contribute to your pets’ happiness and well-being.
I pride myself on being reliable and attentive. I offer daily updates and photos to pet owners, providing peace of mind while they are away. My goal is to create a safe, stimulating environment where pets can thrive. I enjoy engaging pets in activities that promote their happiness, whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply cuddling on the couch.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I am also trained in pet first aid and CPR, giving me the confidence to handle any emergencies that may arise. I understand the importance of maintaining a routine that aligns with each pet’s needs and preferences.
