He has excellent communication skills, is friendly & approachable, responding promptly & politely to any queries. He took the time to understand Freddie's needs. "Rhiannon was such a great doggy sitter for our big fluffy old English sheepdog. She was very friendly and easily available to chat and meet up to look after our dog for the day.
