For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Surrey for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Surrey Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Surrey sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I adore dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have volunteered in dog rescue for many years and have experience with a wide range of breeds, temperaments and ages. I have owned or fostered 18 dogs. I have a lovely home on a quiet, beautiful fisheries estate which I love to share with dogs. I have two little dogs of my own and we enjoy walks around the lakes, or in the Surrey Hills or further afield. Your dog(s) will be treated as one of the family, in our home. Only dog friendly, neutered dogs please. We are fully licenced by the council, and insured. I I work mainly from home so I am around most of the time but I also have a dog walker who helps me out and she is also fully insured and very experienced.
We have a 3 bedroom detached house with a large garden. I live here with my partner and our two dogs. Dogs are allowed wherevrer they want, including on the beds and furniture if that's what the owners would like. The garden is secured with 4 foot hedges and gates so is not suitable for dogs who may jump over higher boundaries.
I am licensed for boarding/daycare for up to 4 dogs in addition to my own 2, but I rarely accept more than 2 dogs so it's a nice calm environment. I am happy to administer medication - I have plenty of experience.
What you can expect when you leave your dog with us:
Photo / text updates
They won't be left alone for more than 1 hour for boarding or 3 hours for overnight stays
They have free range of the whole house, unless you request crate usage
At least 1 hour of physical exercise. This may be a long walk, 2 shorter walks, play in the garden or home
Prices shown are for 8am to 6pm for daycare or any 24 hour period for overnight stays. Additional time can be booked and paid for by arrangement.
Get in touch now to check availability for daycare, boarding or walks.

Hello! My name is Imogen and I'm a third year vet student at the University of Surrey. I've been house and pet sitting for five years now and can provide references to confirm this. I've worked with dogs, cats, and horses previously, and have also kept reptiles, small mammals, and poultry myself. At my family home I have a dog, cat, tortoise, snake, guinea pigs, and a horse, so I'm confident caring for a range of animals to a high standard. I'm quiet and reliable, and provide good quality care and give lots of love to your pets! I've fostered and hand reared kittens previously so am confident caring for puppies and kittens. I've completed placements at a range of rescue centres and small animal settings so have experience working with a range of animals in different settings. I am confident with strong dogs and can administer medication to any pets that need it. I love caring for animals and have spent many years working and volunteering in animal care, giving me very valuable experience that I take forward with me when working with your pets. As a vet student I have passed exams in handling various species and have studied husbandry in detail. I'm flexible to work around you and your pets routines in terms of how much of my time they need and the specifics of their care. I will always try to fit into their routine where possible! I look forward to hearing from you!

I come from a family of gundog owners and we have been fortunate enough to have owned and bred many dog show champions and even a couple of wins at Crufts. We have lovely local walks which your dog will enjoy and we will ensure that our client gets daily updates as to how their dog is getting on.Special diets can also be catered for if requested. I also provide a dog walking service. If your dog stays with me, they will have 2 - 3 walks a day along the river front, Ham Lands or Richmond Park. I will be at home with the dogs most of the day.I have two children ages 9 & 10, I have no pets in the home, so your dog will be the only one looked after by me in my home.My home is a townhouse, we have a small. safe & secure garden which is fully fenced and to the front of our house we have a private meadow and behind that there is a huge field.I have over 30 years of experience with dogs. Please free to contact me to disucss any requirements.

It's safe to say I love animals more than people! I grew up watching animal hospital and always wanted to be a vet. I ended up working in sales in veterinary diagnostics for 10 years and loved the clients and cuddling animals while waiting for my meetings!
I have volunteered with RSPCA and cats protection in the past.
I have two small children and the corporate life just doesn't balance with that very well which is why I gave it up. We have our own cat called smudge, dog called Hugo and a fish tank. I'd have an entire menagerie if my husband would let me!
Now I am turning my passion especially for dogs into a job and offering dog walking services. I am DBS checked, insured as a pet business and pet first aid trained.

Based in Bracknell and covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas such as ascot.
