For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Swanwick for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Swanwick Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Swanwick sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m a 25-year-old homeowner with a lifelong passion for animals, big or small. Growing up around everything from dogs and cats to reptiles, fish, and small rodents, caring for pets has always been second nature to me. My current household includes two dogs, two cats, two turtles, fish, and a leopard gecko, alongside regular visits from my aunt's dachshund. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find someone you truly trust with your pets, which is why I am committed to treating every animal in my care like a member of my own family.Beyond my personal experience, I bring formal veterinary and animal care background to my work. I hold a Level 3 Qualification in Animal Management and have hands-on professional experience from my time volunteering at Archway Veterinary Practice and working at Lumry Park Veterinary Specialists. This background gives me complete confidence in handling strict feeding routines, managing precise medication needs, and catering to senior pets who require a gentler touch.I offer a flexible range of weekend services and evening availability designed around your pet’s routine. My 30-minute drop-in visits are perfect for feeding, medication, and check-ins. For dogs, I offer tailored walks up to an hour long, ensuring the pace matches their age and energy level. If you need weekend doggy day care, your dog will enjoy a fully secure garden to explore, two full hour-long walks, and continuous companionship throughout the day.Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I am always happy to accommodate special requests, whether that involves tricked feeding setups, strict walk limits, or specific care instructions. Please feel free to reach out with any questions—I would love to discuss how I can provide your companions with the absolute best care while you are away!

I am 48 years old and have always had a deep love and respect for dogs.
We have 2 kids (8 & 11 yeras old). We have our own house with fenced garden and my family loves dogs.
For 15 years, I shared my life with a wonderful Weimaraner who was truly part of my family. Sadly, she passed away a few months ago, and although I miss her every day. I feel grateful for the many years of joy, loyalty, and companionship she brought me.
Since then, I have realised how much I miss the daily routines of caring for a dog, the long walks, the playtime, and the small moments of connection that make dogs such amazing companions.
Dogs are devoted, loving, and bring so much happiness into our lives, and I would love the opportunity to give your pet the same care and attention.
I now have some spare time and can dedicate myself fully to ensuring your dog feels safe, happy, and well looked after while in my care.

We’ve been caring for dogs through home boarding and doggy daycare for many years and love welcoming dogs into our family home. We’re new to Pawshake and already have lots of lovely reviews and feedback from previous clients through Rover, our own website and our Facebook page.
We have two friendly Labradoodles, Holly and her daughter Poppit. Poppit is nine months old and especially enjoys having other dogs around to play with. We also have Hugo, a very friendly cat who seems to think he’s a dog and is completely used to sharing his home with canine visitors, so dogs staying with us need to be comfortable around both dogs and cats.
Our downstairs living space is open plan, which means visiting dogs are right there with us and very much part of family life. Dogs are welcome throughout our home, including upstairs, and there are no restrictions on where they can relax. We also have a conservatory which is perfect for dogs who enjoy stretching out in the sunshine, as well as a safe, secure enclosed garden they can access easily throughout the day. We can also create separate areas within the house if a dog needs some quiet time, prefers to eat separately or simply wants a little space.
For overnight boarding, your dog stays with us as part of the family for the duration of their booking. Their stay includes walks, playtime, garden time, feeding according to their normal routine, plenty of attention and cuddles, and lots of opportunities to relax. We try to keep each dog’s usual routine as familiar as possible so they can settle in quickly and feel at home.
We also offer occasional doggy daycare for owners who need care for a day. Our home is best suited to friendly, sociable dogs who enjoy being around people and other animals.
Our aim is for every dog who stays with us to feel safe, relaxed, loved and completely at home. ️
