"We used Ellie for a day care service. Her approach was kind and caring. She made an effort to understand Sebby’s likes and dislikes . We received photo updates of his activities during his time at Ellie’s, which was lovely. Sebby was relaxed and happy when we collected him. Thank you Ellie. "

"We had a fantastic experience with Ola looking after our dog yesterday. She was so caring, kind and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable knowing our dog was in such good hands.
Ola kept us updated and clearly went above and beyond to make sure our dog was happy and comfortable. It’s obvious that she genuinely loves animals and takes great care of them.
We would definitely recommend Ola to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. We’ll happily book with her again! 🐶❤️"

"Kathy was so wonderful and flexible to meet us at the hotel, as I was on my way to a show here in Manchester — prompt, on time, all around calm and great with a treat ready for a slightly nervous doggo from the get go — and super responsive until drop off again, to come by earlier than expected for a late night at 11PM. Amazing! She’s super easy going and great on communication, and the little one relaxed so much into her company that he curled up and passed out in the photos she sent over during the watch. Wish we had her someone like Kathy in all of our travels — thank you so much, Kathy! "

"Grace agreed to look after my cat after I contacted her very last minute.
She was very approachable. My pet liked her straight away and she was very well looked after when we came back home.
I would definitely recommend Grace and I would be happy if she takes care of my cat again."
