For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in West Malling for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local West Malling Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving West Malling sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

My name is Ben and I am 32 years old.
Since childhood I have been a devoted animal lover.I have owned a dog, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens and a duck. I have also cared for my sisters bearded dragon. I have been pet sitting since I was 10, as I used to care for my neighbours cats while they were away.I started this service in 2018 with the idea from a family member and it’s developed ever since. There’s nothing more relaxing than looking after people’s pets.Love animals particularly dogs/cats sometimes more than humans I’m proud to say.
The only animals I can’t provide services for due to phobia are rats and mice.As of today I am working full time as a postman in Sevenoaks, so I won't be able to dog sit/house sitting anymore.
However I can still cat sit around work.
For example I can feed a customers cat in the morning before I go to work, and/or feed them their dinner in the evening once I've finished my shift. I am trustworthy, reliable and would ensure your pets individual needs are catered to the best standard possible, to ensure complete peace of mind while you are away.
As my pet sitting job requires travelling by car I will have to add an extra fee for petrol money, which is calculated by the distance between my flat to your location, how many trips and cost of at a local station.
Finally I’ve engaged in lots of activities since leaving school in 2010 from training in performing arts/drama school, Prince’s Trust programme, studying music and media at college and working at my old school.

I have been around different types of animals my whole life. My dad is a Vet and I grew up around big and small creatures:) I currently have a dog and a cat myself who share their roof with my two kids. I teach my children how to treat animals and how to take care of them. I love to watch how they play together and grow.
When we go away it is very important to me to know that my furry friends are in good hands. That is why I would like to provide this service to anyone who needs their pet(s) being looked after, have a peace of mind and enjoy their time being away.
I have experience not only in taking care of my own animals but also dog sitting my friends and neighbours. Additionally I worked for a while at Battersea Vet practice where I helped in looking after vulnerable dogs and cats.
My service offer looking after your pet(s) at your home (feeding and keeping company while you are away); walking dog, or provide day care. I can also accommodate small dog in my own house if it's ok with other animals around (well and kids :)).
I am also a First Aider for Pets. If needed I can give them medication if they are on any, I am also happy with brushing and ear cleaning if needed.

Hi, I’m Beth, I’m 33 years old and based in Leybourne, Kent.
I’m a genuine animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for both cats and dogs. Having grown up surrounded by pets, I understand how important it is to provide them with love, attention and the best possible care while you’re away.

I have experience with:
● Pet sitting
● Home visits
● Dog walking

Alongside pet care, I’ve worked in Early Years for 15 years, so providing a safe, caring and reliable service comes naturally to me. I currently hold an enhanced DBS check, giving you extra peace of mind when welcoming me into your home.

My Services
Home Visits (30 minutes)Perfect for feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, litter tray cleaning or simply keeping your pet company. Available before and after work.
Weekend and Week Day Dog WalksI offer 30-minute weekend walks, giving your dog plenty of exercise, enrichment and fun. Longer walks can be arranged for an additional charge.

I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I’ll always tailor my care to suit their individual needs. My aim is to make sure your furry family member feels happy, safe and loved while you’re away.

Regular UpdatesI know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy and well, so I’ll always send you plenty of photos, videos and updates while I’m caring for your furry family member. You can relax knowing they’re in safe hands and having lots of love and attention.

I’d love to meet you and your pets—please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to discuss your pet care needs!

We’ve both grown up surrounded by dogs our whole lives — from large Alsatians, huskies, boxers to sausage dogs. We are very experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. We now share our home with our sweet, energetic 1-year-old Staffy girl, Roo.

We trained Roo ourselves using positive methods and she’s super friendly and always ready for play. As an active family we aim to take her for 1-2 long walks a day and happily provide calm downtime when dogs need a time-out. If your dog has good recall we can enjoy safe off-lead fun on the nearby rugby fields; otherwise we do lovely on-lead walks through Knole Park, literally steps from our door.
My partner works from home during the day, and I’m home evenings and weekends, so your dog will receive joint care from both of us and will never be left alone for long periods. We’ll tailor the care to suit your dog’s personality, energy level, and needs, treating them like part of our own family in our calm, pet-friendly home.

We offer dog boarding, doggy day care, and house sitting (with Roo happily joining in the fun). In an emergency we’re quick to contact you and can arrange a vet visit if required.

We’d love to welcome your furry friend — message us with any questions!

Hi Im Lorna.Ive been very lucky to work from home for a while now (Although dont work very hard) which means I get lot's of spare time which I enjoy with study, art, craft and just simple being outside and thought why not put my time and love to furry use.Always had dogs in my life and geberally think they are nicer than people. My biggest pet peeve when staying in pet friendly accommodation is that they are not and dont appear to really get the owners or pets needs. I offer your fur baby a home from home short stay where if she likes to lounge in the sofa they can, or sleep on the bed she can to be near someone they can (if theres space lol) lots of cuddles, attention and understanding that accidents can and do happen. With lots of lovely walking routes including parks and farmers fields nearby. Please do bring your pets home comforts such as bedding and blankets and even a tshirt of yours and their regular dogfood.Additionally, please let me know of any medical conditions and behaviours to be taken into account both in and outside of the home to ensure a stressfree stay for your pet.

Pets aren't just pets are they? They're part of our family giving us unconditional love. That's why I went into working with animals. They give you unconditional love. You can tell them anything and they won't judge (maybe they do but we don't here it )I've owned a range of pets in the past 20 years, we've had rats, hamsters, lots of cats and dogs. As a family we're huge animal lovers. Whe. They're in my care they are treated with all the love and care I can give. I am canine first aid trained, DBS checked have insurance and business car insurance. Im keen to always refresh my personal development and engage in CPDs I have my own dogs at home who love nothing but having doggy besties comes for play dates. When your dog comes to my house they're treated like royalty. We do home from home care. We following your schedules when feeding. Your rules ie not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. We provide 1 hours walks or 4 hour day care. Our 4 hourly day care provide 2 x 1 hour walks and 2 hour rest periods which we will use enrichment games for stimulation. We have two residents cats who are very dog savvy. I can't wait to chat with you can discuss your pets needs. When I first meet dogs I will keep leaded until your dog gets to know me.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with a house full of pets.
I have a ton of hands-on experience, from my years as a dog walker/pet sitter to my time working in a dog daycare facilities, now running my own business. This has given me a real understanding of animal behavior and how to keep pets safe and happy. But my experience isn't limited to just dogs. I'm also very comfortable and confident with a wide variety of animals, including cats, reptiles, birds, rodents, fish, ducks, chickens… the list goes on. I myself have 13 pets. I'm also first aid trained and insured.

My days are all about your pets. As a full time dog walker and pet sitter, my schedule is flexible and reliable. With my time dedicated to walks, feedings, and check ins throughout the day and house sits overnight. I'll always treat your home with respect and leave everything just as I found it . When you return from your holiday after a house sit , please don't expect to have to pick up dog poo, clean bed sheets, do the washing up, water plants and hoover the house as it will all be done for your arrival. You can also expect a quick update from me when I arrive and when I leave, so you're always in the loop :).

A big part of my job is to make sure the animals in my care are not only safe, but also happy and engaged. My activities with your pets will depend entirely on their personality, age, and what you've told me they enjoy. I'm always ready to accommodate any special requests or unique needs your pet might have. I'm first aid trained , am happy to bath your pet for an additional fee , can administer medication or anything else you may need . My priority is making sure they are well cared for, so please let me know anything you can think of no matter how weird you think it may be :)

I’m also happy to take on puppies, senior pets and any pets that may need additional help, for no extra rate/charge. I don't believe in charging extra because a pet needs abit more additional support so all rates are the same . I understand Leaving your pet can be stressful so I want to keep you updated with videos , pictures and messages all day long. My goal is to provide reliable, caring service that gives you peace of mind no matter what kind of animal they are

Hi, my name is Adela, and I live in West Malling. I would be happy to help anyone who needs a pet sitter or dog walker in the area. I can travel because I have a car, and I would like to offer my services to anyone who lives nearby.
My love for animals started when I was little, and that is because I got to grow up surrounded by pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, and even other animals like sheep, ducks, chickens, so during all this time I learned and know how to look after them.
Furthermore, since being on Pawshake, I have made a lot of new furry friends with whom I bonded. It`s so nice being able to care for them, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to do so, not just helping to look after them but also having the best days. I really enjoy spending time with my new friends.
One of my hobbies is horse riding, I love riding them because of the freedom that it gives me.
I don`t have one of my own, but I would like to someday.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I hope to be able to help, and feel free to contact me anytime if you feel that I can.

Hi there!
I’m a proud dog owner with two years of experience caring for both dogs and cats — and I absolutely love it. I’ve walked dogs of all sizes, fed both cats and dogs, played with them, and made sure they felt safe and happy while their owners were away.
Being around animals is always a joy for me, but I never let that joy distract me from their safety. I’m observant, responsible, and calm under pressure. I treat every pet like my own — with patience, love, and full attention.
One thing I enjoy doing is capturing little moments during the day and sending updates to owners. Whether it's a funny moment, a peaceful nap, or a happy tail wag, I’ll keep you in the loop so you can feel connected even while you're away.
I’m also comfortable following detailed instructions, routines, or any special care your pet needs. I'm usually available on weekends and during the day, so feel free to reach out and ask about specific times.
Whether it’s feeding, walking, cuddling, or just keeping your pet company, I’m here to help you and make your pet feel safe, seen, and loved every step of the way.
