We're Agnese and Matteo, a Consumer Manager and Geotechnical Engineer by profession and authentic animal lovers. We have a small dog called Coco who is our biggest source of joy.
We've both grown up with quite a few family dogs and four cats and with our own dog now, we very well know how difficult it could be to make sure your pets are always well taken care of when you're away. We thought that joining this platform could give me the opportunity to help people in this sense. We have over 10 years of experience with pets, from puppies to older ones. Agnese's parents also have a disabled dog that she takes care of every time she goes to visit her family. 
We're happy to support with a large variety of services, from home visits, to walks, play sessions, overnight stay and many more. Agnese works from home most of the time, so has a flexible schedule and don't mind working during holidays or bank holiday weekends. We also have a car so I'm happy to travel to reach you.
We very well know what it means being away from your beloved pets, so we won't be missing sending pictures and regular updates while you're not around.

Basic Training and reinforcement: If you're working on specific commands or behaviors with your pets, I can continue to reinforce these during visits.4. Litter box/cage maintenance: for cats, small mammals or birds, I will clean and maintain their living spaces to ensure hygiene and comfort.5. Medication administration: if your pet requires medication, I have experience administering pills, injections or topical treatments following your vets instructions.6. Grooming and brushing: regular grooming and brushing can help keep your pets coat healthy and reduce shedding.&nbsp; I can provide these services as needed.&nbsp;

I am a patient, and caring animal lover with hands-on experience looking after a variety of pets, i own 6 guinea pigs myself so i understand the concept of keeping routines, providing proper nutrition, monitoring health, and creating a safe, comfortable environment for animals. I have lots of experience working with shy and nervous pets and know that building trust takes time, Rather than forcing interaction, I focus on helping animals feel secure and comfortable at their own pace. My experience has taught me how to recognize subtle changes in behaviour that may indicate stress, illness, or discomfort. I am attentive to instructions, dependable with feeding schedules, cleaning and enrichment , i belive your pets deserve the the same level of care and affection they receive from their owners. My goal is always to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while their owner is away.
My visits can last up to one hour and are tailored to meet the individual needs of each pet. During each visit, I can provide fresh food and water, clean feeding areas, administer basic care, and ensure your pet is comfortable and happy. I am happy to spend quality time with pets through play, enrichment activities, grooming where appropriate, and plenty of companionship.

If an emergency happened while I was pet sitting, I would make sure the pet was safe. I would contact the owner immediately and follow any instructions they had given me. If the pet was seriously injured or ill, I would take it to the vet ,emergency animal care as quickly as possible. I would keep the owner updated and make sure the pet received the care it needed.
