"I cannot recommend Yulia highly enough! ❤️ From the very beginning, she showed Prada so much patience, kindness and genuine love.
Prada is a Chow Chow and can take time to trust new people, so leaving her with someone new was a big step for me. Yulia was incredibly understanding and patient with her, never rushing her and giving her all the time and space she needed to feel comfortable and safe. It was very clear to me that Yulia genuinely loves animals and cares about their individual personalities and needs.
I am extremely grateful for the love, patience and wonderful care she gave Prada. It gave me so much reassurance knowing that she was with such kind and caring people.

"Yasmin looked after our dog, Noodle, for an extended period of time and was amazing! She looked after him as though she was his owner and regularly provided photo updates. Yasmin was very communicative and even introduced Noodle to tailored-for-dogs movies!
All in all, Yasmin was wonderful and showed so much love and care for our dog! Would highly recommend!"

"Lucy has been absolutely brilliant with our Cavapoo during our two-week holiday. For the entire two weeks, Lucy sent us at least two updates every day with photos and videos, and took care of our pup in every possible way, pouring so much heart into her care.

"5 stars aren’t just enough for Jessica’s great help and service. The communication was perfect - she sent lots of photos and videos of Jadu and kept me updated with Jadu’s everyday. I could tell Jessica really cared for Jadu as she asked me about lots of detailed questions such as Jadu’s eating/sleeping/walking routine etc. Also Jadu looked so happy being around Jessica and Rob. "Jo looked after my two dogs for two weeks and took great care of them. They got to socialise with other dogs and her family which I know they loved. She also gave one of my dogs daily medication and applied cream as he developed a heat spot days before drop off. I was very worried as heat spots spread rapidly if not cared for. When I picked him up it was completely healed so I know Jo took great care of it. My dogs were definitely loved and treated well and I highly recommend her. "

"We booked Anisha to look after our dog during our summer holiday and we came back to a well looked after, very happy doggie. As a solo booking; it meant that she had no extra stress, over play (particularly in the heat) or need for us to be concerned. Anisha is lovely! "Lucia and her partner were amazing looking after our two Samoyeds while we were away. From the start, Lucia was asking all the right questions, which really reassured us as this was our first time using Pawshake.
They checked in with us regularly with updates and photos, which meant a lot and helped us relax while away. They walked, fed, and somehow managed to keep our two chaotic fluffballs alive despite them being an absolute handful 😂
You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after, and we’d happily trust them again in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Baris was an amazing sitter. I went on holiday for 10 days and had no one to watch my cat, and didn't want someone to come to my house, so I decided to board with Baris. I was apprehensive about leaving Dorian in a new place, since he's quite old and particular about things (especially his toilet habits).
Baris made both me and Dorian feel at ease though. I was updated every day, with pictures and videos, and could see Dorian getting more and more comfortable every time. Baris approached him with patience and understanding, giving him plenty of space to set his own terms. I was so relieved and it made me able to relax on my holiday.
I would definitely recommend Baris, and if I need to board my boy again, Baris will be the first person I call! "
