"We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog, Smush, received over the weekend! She bonded with our sitter almost instantly and clearly felt right at home. When we returned, Smush looked so well cared for—her coat was gleaming, and she was happy and relaxed. Communication was seamless and very conscientious throughout, and we really appreciated all the photo updates that let us see how much fun she was having. "Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pug Cookie. He’s only ever stayed away from us twice in almost 7 years, I wasn’t sure he’d settle and I was quite emotional upon leaving him. Amanda was so welcoming and gentle with Cookie at the meet and greet, that he took to her straight away. She could also see how emotional I was and reassured me that all would fine, that I’d be kept updated with pictures/videos. Amanda took the time to go through Cookie’s health needs. She was very understanding, ensured all his eye ointments were done on time daily and took such good care of him I don’t think he wanted to come home with us. Amanda sent me daily pictures and videos of Cookie whilst we were away. He was loved and cared for and enjoyed his time there making new furry friends too. Amanda is so friendly, patient, calm, caring and gentle which is why Cookie settled in so well with her. We felt she went above and beyond to ensure all of Cookie’s needs were met and provided such an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be sending Cookie to stay with her again. Thank you so much Amanda for everything, without the level of care and attention you gave to Cookie, and the reassurance you gave to me, we couldn’t have gone away☺️"

"This was my first time of using Pawshake and booking Natalia. I was looking for a caring home to look after my dog while away on holiday and luckily I found Natalia! She is very responsive to messages and kept me up to date throughout. Our dog had a wonderful time at hers (following her around everywhere) and also playing with her own dog! "Raquel is really lovely, we have never left our dog before and were nervous but she put us at ease straight away. She sent us videos and pictures of Sky to give us peace of mind. "I left our little boy Enzo with Bettina while on a trip for 4 nights and I am very pleased with how she took care of him. She sent me very cute photos of him and update on how he settled. "Our Olive made a new best friend staying with Hannah. we are so so grateful to her for looking after our girl so well- she settled in immediately after we left, clearly feeling super safe, comfy and at home. we got very frequent updates and photos from Hannah whilst we were away and couldn't have felt our dog was in a better place, really allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. Hannah took amazing care of Olive, made sure she got her scheduled medications- she's clearly experienced with animals and loves them like they're her own. we will 1000% have Hannah look after Olive again. thank you so much!! "Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog was—whether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care and attention Rachel gave my dog, and I will definitely use her services again in the future."
