"We had a very positive experience with Portia's approach. She maintained excellent communication, kept us informed about Phoenix's progress, and regularly sent photos. Phoenix typically struggles with changes and separation and often refusing food as a result. However, thanks to Portia's dog, Sasha, who helped him settle in quickly, Phoenix was even able to gain weight.

"We had a great experience with Alessandro looking after our dog for the weekend. He was really friendly and communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated regularly with pictures and videos which was really reassuring.
Everything was easy and straightforward from start to finish, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was being well looked after. We’d definitely use Alessandro again and would happily recommend him to others!"

"An amazing pet sitter. From the first contact and meeting we knew that Ronnie would be well looked after. Siobhan and her family are expert pet sitters and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them. We got constant updates on how Ronnie was doing and beforehand they invested the time and found out everything they needed to know about routines, etc. to ensure that our dog had a wonderful stay with them. "Was amazing with our dog and made us feel comfortable leaving him with someone else for the first time, he came back tired from all the fun and excitement, which for a very high energy puppy is some achievement.

"Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog was—whether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care and attention Rachel gave my dog, and I will definitely use her services again in the future."

We felt like we'd sent Pickle dog away on a luxury vacation where he was not simply looked after, he was pampered! Such an experience you do not expect to find, they went above and beyond to make sure Pickle was safe, comfortable and stimulated. They are true dog lovers. We were honestly quite worried he wouldn't want to leave!
