I grew up owning horses and dogs (2 cane corsi &amp; a Frenchie) so animals have always been a massive part of my life. I thoroughly love taking care of all breeds of dogs and have experience with puppies along with nervous, reactive &amp; strong/ large dogs. 
Working in the city for a number of years unfortunately hasn’t allowed me to get my own dog again but I am now working from home the majority of the time so this is a perfect way for me to get my doggy fix!
As I’m working from home I am available for dog boarding every day and can be really flexible. I enjoy going for walks with or without a dog but it’s much better company with a fury friend. I tend to walk the dogs twice a day (unless otherwise stated) for a min of 45 mins each.

I live in a flat but have a large secure highly fenced paved balcony and access to a number of green spaces and parks on the doorstep for regular grass toilet breaks. 

I understand that leaving your best friend can be super stressful so make sure I keep you updated and send pictures regularly for your peace of mind. 

I try to make it a home away from home for the dogs and stick to the same routine &amp; rules they would have at home such as being allowed on the sofa or not so they don’t get confused when they go home. I do have a bed available to use but find they prefer to have their own home comforts/ scents. I’m also happy to crate if your dog is crate trained.

I’m able to accommodate for up to 2 small/medium size dogs from one family or 1 larger dog (although I’m in a flat they get loads of exercise so tend to sleep a lot at home) I don’t have any other pets so great for less sociable/ nervous pups.

Please let me know if your dog has any behaviour problems (dog reactive/ nervous/ resource guards/ people reactive/ scared of bikes etc) any allergies or is destructive or any other quirks.

I grew up in the country side, we always had pets, mainly cats and dogs.&nbsp;
Since I left my home town I never had the opportunity to have my own pet, family life commitments wouldn't allow. So pet sitting feels like the perfect way to enjoy their company but without the long term commitment.&nbsp;
I have two children, 12yo and 5yo, and both are very caring and sensible with animals, they will be part of the pet- sitting experience on boarding services. We had a pet-guest during the Christmas break and it was a great experience for all. All done and tested before &nbsp;
I can provide dog walks to my local area on evenings during week days and Friday, Saturday and Sunday all day. 
Home visits can be available every days, early mornings and evenings.

I have lived my entire life with pets. Mostly cats and dogs but I've also had a bird, rats, gerbils and a rabbit too! I couldn't imagine life without pets! As well as my own pets, I've cared for my friends and family's pets as well.
I also have 1 year of experience as a dog walker and pet sitterI am passionate about giving pets all the love they deserve. I will care for your pet as if they were my own, respecting the pet's personality to make them feel comfortable with me and trust me.I've had many cats and dogs in my life.  At the moment, I have Tina, a rescue Lhasa Apso.  Since living with us for the past 10 years, she has grown and developed so much; she is a fantastic addition to our family.I also have 3 cats and have taken care of many cats in past. They are all indoor-only cats, very loving and very attentive and are used to being around a dog.  I am in early retirement and so I have lots of time to give to my pets and to yours. If your dog is used to being around cats I can board a dog happily, and they won't be left home alone, only on the occasion if I have an appointment,  but that would be a maximum of 2 hours. Being at home, I have flexibility and availability for dog walks or drop-in visits for your cat or dog, making sure they get lots of love and attention. Having left my pets with sitters myself,  I understand the anxiety this causes.&nbsp;
I will reassure you that your pet is doing well with updates and photos. It's so important to know our furry family members are being well looked after when you aren't with them.


My main hands-on experience is with cats (I had my own cat for 3 years), so I’m very confident with feeding, litter routines, play, and understanding cat body language. With dogs, while I haven’t owned one personally, I’ve spent a lot of time around friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with friendly dogs, basic lead handling, and following your routine exactly as you prefer.

My garden isn’t fully fenced, so any outdoor time at home is always supervised and on lead. I’m also only around 5 minutes from Roding Valley Lakes, which is perfect for regular, calm walks and outdoor breaks.

My name is Leon and I am a full time dog walker/sitter based in the Thamesmead area. I have recently moved into a spacious house with a big garden, perfect for dogs. 
I also live directly opposite 'the tor', a big hill surrounded by green space, ideal for a nice play or walk, mere meters from the house.&nbsp;
Ideally, I would only take vaccinated dogs in my own home but I would be open to discussing the matter if that were an issue.
I have worked with dogs on and off for the last 4/5 years and have experience with many different types of dogs.
I spent 4 months working in rescue centres in Spain, where I handled some very difficult dogs, giving me the skills to work with slightly more dangerous dogs. I have done some vet work as well as working with all kinds of dogs on their wellbeing and rehabilitation.
I also have a lot of experience working with reactive dogs and helping them integrate into society and socialise with humans + dogs.

What Do I Offer?

&nbsp;I offer sitting and boarding services in my home in Thamesmead. As you can see in the photos provided, I have a large, spacious garden + decking area. The entire garden is fenced. I have a spacious kitchen that leads into the garden, which is where I'll be spending my time with doggos on a rainy day. You may also notice the gazeebo on the decking - if a dog really wants to be outside and it's a bit wet, I will use the gazeebo with a nice comfortable bed in there to allow them to relax outside.
While your dog is staying in my home, I will spend time playing with them, training (if previously discussed with owner) and taking them on walks to the local park, which as you can see from the photos provided is directly opposite my house.
Before your dog comes here - I think it's necessary to do a meet and greet, whether that is the dog coming to meet me here, or for me to come to meet them in your home, that is up to you! This just gives the dog some confidence when they are first left with me.
I am determined to make sure every dog feels welcome into my property, and over the coming weeks I will be making the garden more and more dog friendly! I have a huge decking, which will be filled with dog beds and toys! I can't wait to work with you and your dog, if you have any queries regarding my services - please feel free to get in touch!

I've had dogs over 25 years different breeds and a litter of pups many years ago there's nothing I've not dealt with. they will be well looked after trips out to beach and forest.&nbsp;

We are a child family so all dogs must like kids and also fully clean in the home. we also have our own Labrador who is totally spoilt so all dogs must love her when we do a meet and greet before your pets stays.&nbsp;

Think Mary Poppins, but for pets, that's pretty much me (although I smile a lot more than Mary and am definitely not as strict!) I'm very warm, friendly, patient and I adore animals. I'm a qualified social worker (for the human sort of animal, to clarify) and am extremely responsible, trustworthy and reliable. I'm working from home almost 100% of the time now, so thought it might be fun to combine that with pet sitting. I can't accommodate at the moment though, sadly (that could very well change in the near future), so I'm only available to pet sit in your home at present (or to pop in and feed pets while you’re away).I trained my mother's dogs and have loads of experience being around animals. I reject the idea that you have to be either a dog OR a cat lover; I love all animals equally (ok, maybe not mosquitos or worms or a few other slimy insects, but I can't imagine you'd hire me to look after them). If you like my profile and you'd consider entrusting me with one of your furry family members, please do get in touch. I can be super flexible and am also happy to take last minute bookings, if you have an emergency or find yourself in a bind (or just fancy a last minute holiday). 
Pet sitting is for a 24h period. I will walk dogs as per their usual routines and feed all pets as would normally happen. 
Dog walks are for 1 hour.
If you book me to feed your pet, I'm happy to spend about half an hour playing with them and generally keeping them company too. 
Oh and my rates vary depending on the kind of pets/number of them or if it's a bank holiday etc. I charge less for cat sits, than dog (for example). I very much look forward to hearing from you.
