"I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs received from Debbie. This was the second time we left our two dogs with her, and once again the experience was wonderful.
From the moment we met, it was clear that Debbie genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility very seriously. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to learn about my dogs’ routines, personalities, and any special needs. One of my boys can be a bit naughty and wasn’t behaving very well, but Debbie never made us feel stressed about it while we were away. When we returned, she mentioned it very casually — something only a true animal lover would do — even though I know he must have been quite a handful!
Thank you so much, Debbie and Tony, for taking such great care of our babies while we were away. A simple thank you doesn’t feel like enough for the peace of mind you gave us. It means so much to know they are in such caring and loving hands."

"Matt, Louise and their kids were absolutely amazing. They took great care of Chichu with lots of walks and visits to the parks. She always had company and seemed very comfortable. Chichu had her first heat during the stay and they went out of their way to accommodate her. Will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended!"

"We had such a lovely experience with Megana 😊 I honestly felt so comfortable leaving Bixie with her—she was so kind, patient, and really attentive to her needs, especially while she was on medication.
she kept me updated, which I really appreciated, and it was clear Bixie was happy and well cared for the whole time 🐾 When we came back, she was relaxed and content, which says a lot!

"I can’t thank Tamara enough for the wonderful care she gave my dog, Oscar. He is a 5-year-old, uncastrated working Labrador who weighs 40kg and pulls a lot on the lead — not always the easiest dog to manage. Tamara handled him with such confidence, patience, and kindness that I instantly felt reassured.
What impressed me most was the extra care she put into his routine. Oscar is on a special diet, and Tamara not only followed it exactly but even cooked his meals for him. That level of dedication and attention to detail made such a difference, and I could see how happy and comfortable Oscar was in her care.
She kept me updated regularly, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away, and it was clear that she treated Oscar as if he were her own. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with a big, strong dog like mine, but Tamara exceeded all expectations.

"Cici took care of our two cats for a month at her apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care and attention to their well-being, which was especially important as our cats were quite stressed when they arrived. Cici quickly made them feel at home, and it was clear they were happy and comfortable under her care.
She kept us updated with regular photos, which gave us peace of mind, and proactively notified us in advance when it was time to reorder food. "5 stars aren’t just enough for Jessica’s great help and service. The communication was perfect - she sent lots of photos and videos of Jadu and kept me updated with Jadu’s everyday. I could tell Jessica really cared for Jadu as she asked me about lots of detailed questions such as Jadu’s eating/sleeping/walking routine etc. Also Jadu looked so happy being around Jessica and Rob. "I cannot recommend Prakhar and Akansha highly enough. They were absolutely wonderful. I took Benji (our little shizhou-chihuahua mix) for a visit pre-booking a couple of months before Benji stayed with them for 36 nights after Christmas. Benji was immediately happy and content with Akansha and Prakhar. Both of them clearly love dogs. During his stay, they regularly sent me little updates and pictures. He clearly had a great time and I never worried about his safety or happiness. If we have to be gone again they would be my first choice pet sitters."

"Hello! Our dog sitter had a huge change of plans literally the day before we were due to travel to Italy for a wedding. Not knowing what to do, I played about with this app for the first time. It was like the angels were singing, and up stepped Tom and Lidi. Whilst I had reservations about using this app at first, they were quickly quashed. Tom was super responsive, asked smart questions, and we were quickly able to reach an amicable agreement. Our dog Ruby took a night or so to settle, but from there on in she found a great second home. Regular communication (but not too often) and some pictures of Ruby having fun with other remarkably similar Ruby-alike hounds put our minds’ at rest, and we were able to enjoy our time away. Ruby had a great time. So thanks again Tom and Lidi, we’ll be back…Noel, Elliott, Rachel, Ruby and Daisy (the NERDs) x "

"We left our Yorkshire Terrier, Pluto, with Caroline for 10 days and were super happy with the experience. Caroline was great and very accommodating from the very start, making us feel really at ease while we were away. I loved that she sent so many pictures! it kept us posted all the time and showed how much fun he was having.
She took him out so many times and played with him quite a lot, but the best part was Pluto making friends with her dog, Dobby. They became such great buddies that Pluto actually seemed a bit sad to leave when we picked him up! We had zero issues during the stay and would book Caroline again in a heartbeat :) Highly recommended!"
