"Lucia and her partner were amazing looking after our two Samoyeds while we were away. From the start, Lucia was asking all the right questions, which really reassured us as this was our first time using Pawshake.
They checked in with us regularly with updates and photos, which meant a lot and helped us relax while away. They walked, fed, and somehow managed to keep our two chaotic fluffballs alive despite them being an absolute handful 😂
You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after, and we’d happily trust them again in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Baris was an amazing sitter. I went on holiday for 10 days and had no one to watch my cat, and didn't want someone to come to my house, so I decided to board with Baris. I was apprehensive about leaving Dorian in a new place, since he's quite old and particular about things (especially his toilet habits).
Baris made both me and Dorian feel at ease though. I was updated every day, with pictures and videos, and could see Dorian getting more and more comfortable every time. Baris approached him with patience and understanding, giving him plenty of space to set his own terms. I was so relieved and it made me able to relax on my holiday.
I would definitely recommend Baris, and if I need to board my boy again, Baris will be the first person I call! "

"Rachel is the best dog boarder I’ve ever had! She adores her visitor dogs and gives them truly home from home. Attention to dogs needs, communication with me and knowledge & understanding of dogs are all second to none, and I was immediately impressed by Rachel when I met her as she gave me the confidence that my dog will be happy and safe with her. They made themselves available to meet us beforehand and get to know us, and during the weekend boarding they kept sending updates and were always relaxed about small changes of plans. "Isabelle took great care of my dog Apollo, and he seemed to settle in quite quickly with her even though it was his first time with a pet sitter. Great communication and updates with pictures, and was very accommodating to any last minute changes. She also took great care of an injury he had on his ear. Would definitely recommend!"
