For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Burscough for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Burscough Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Burscough sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

(L36 area) Home boarding only for small size dogs My name is Paola, I have always loved animals. I have a lot of experience of dogs And cats sitting. I am currently volunteering in RSPCA. I have a 7-year-old girl, Matilde, and a 8 year-old cat which I adopted 7 years ago. I had different animals in my life, dogs, cats, iguanas, saltwater aquariums, rabbits and hamsters.I worked as a volunteer in kennels and in a zoo. I am currently student of BSc Environmental Science and I would specialise in Wildlife conservation. I would like to make this my job, to be able to get up in the morning and be happy to spend hours with my animal friends.I achieved Animal care level 2, I deal with daily care, clean the litter(rabbits and hamsters cage as well). I am also very experienced in dog walking having worked in kennels.Unfortunately, at this time I can not welcome other animals at home because my cat is not very friendly with them, but I am happy to take care of them in your house, make them play or sit and cuddle them if age does not allow to be so active. Dog walking, pet sitting when you are away for few days, I will clean the litter or cage and bring the dogs outside for their needs.I prefer to have any contact from family or friends in zone in case something happens, and vet number just in case. For any information do not hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to give you any information and above all to meet you before deciding because I think every person must first have a positive impression especially when it comes to leaving your animal friend in the hands of a stranger. I will also be happy to send you photos and videos during your leaving. I kept my friends' dogs and cats for so many years when they went on holiday.

Hi I'm Suzy and live in Euxton with Daisy Doodle and Nala the Persian cat! We're a friendly bunch and have a lovely, secure garden to play in and we're near to lots of lovely countryside walks. We will accommodate your babies and make this a home from home, they're welcome on furniture and beds, or not, we will take your lead!
I sit small to medium dogs and only one at a time as I strongly believe it is not safe to have more that two at a time, and two big dogs could be too much. Daisy is a very friendly dog and has always been welcoming to others. I will sit puppies providing they are house trained. I always suggest a meet and greet at my house so we can be sure Nala is not an issues for your fur baby, she's a beautiful quiet cat.
If your pet needs medication I am extremely confident to administer this.
Our usual routine is a morning walk ‍🦺 of between 2-5 miles, sometimes we get muddy so bath time or a quick rinses will follow. Daisy's favourite pastime is chasing squirrels ️ in the woods
