"Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pug Cookie. He’s only ever stayed away from us twice in almost 7 years, I wasn’t sure he’d settle and I was quite emotional upon leaving him. Amanda was so welcoming and gentle with Cookie at the meet and greet, that he took to her straight away. She could also see how emotional I was and reassured me that all would fine, that I’d be kept updated with pictures/videos. Amanda took the time to go through Cookie’s health needs. She was very understanding, ensured all his eye ointments were done on time daily and took such good care of him I don’t think he wanted to come home with us. Amanda sent me daily pictures and videos of Cookie whilst we were away. He was loved and cared for and enjoyed his time there making new furry friends too. Amanda is so friendly, patient, calm, caring and gentle which is why Cookie settled in so well with her. We felt she went above and beyond to ensure all of Cookie’s needs were met and provided such an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be sending Cookie to stay with her again. Thank you so much Amanda for everything, without the level of care and attention you gave to Cookie, and the reassurance you gave to me, we couldn’t have gone away☺️"

"Nadia was a fantastic sitter, she sent regular pictures and daily updates on our dog. I would definately recommend her for looking after yiur dog if you need a sitter. Will definately be using her again in the near future."

"We had a great experience with Alessandro looking after our dog for the weekend. He was really friendly and communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated regularly with pictures and videos which was really reassuring.
Everything was easy and straightforward from start to finish, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was being well looked after. We’d definitely use Alessandro again and would happily recommend him to others!"

"Superb communication before and during Freddie's stay with Nav.
We arranged a date to meet each other before his stay and was invited into her home to see where Freddie would be living while we were away.
Nav ensured that she knew as much as possible about him before he stayed.
We had several updates during our time away and Nav sent photos and messages to keep us updated about how he was doing.
We cannot thank Nav & Luke enough for being so caring in looking after Freddie for us.
We will definitely ask Nav & Luke to look after him again. Thank you both so much."

"Our Olive made a new best friend staying with Hannah. we are so so grateful to her for looking after our girl so well- she settled in immediately after we left, clearly feeling super safe, comfy and at home. we got very frequent updates and photos from Hannah whilst we were away and couldn't have felt our dog was in a better place, really allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. Hannah took amazing care of Olive, made sure she got her scheduled medications- she's clearly experienced with animals and loves them like they're her own. we will 1000% have Hannah look after Olive again. thank you so much!! "Ollie was very happy staying with Darren and Billie. He was made welcome in a calm and friendly way and within a couple of hours I received a picture of him stretched out, relaxed and sleeping in his bed. Other pictures followed of him out on a walk and sitting happily in the living room.
Darren was ready to welcome Ollie when I dropped him off and also had him his stuff together when I came to collect him for the drive back.
