Hey there, my name is Rebecca! I'm a 27 year old vet student and pet sitter.
I have lots of great experience with a variety of species through my vet training and life in general!
I have been involved in both the cattery and dog shelter of the Galway SPCA. I also worked closely with small mammals, and rescued my colleagues from a loose ferret once! I discovered a love of sighthounds in particular and always really enjoy working with them.
I have been casually pet sitting for the past five years, until last year when I began using another app that was popular in my area. I had several regular dog visit/ walk clients - new puppies to the more mature. I am happy to do on and off-lead walking, where appropriate and safe. I will follow instructions on whatever training you are working on with your pet. I am confident administering medication. Unfortunately, I cannot accept very strong or difficult to handle dogs due to chronic back pain.
I would be keen to build a trusting relationship with any pet I care for and strive for respectful and honest communication with pet owners.
I give pets my full attention and aim to leave them tuckered out but happy! I send a detailed update after my visit including some photos. I'm always careful to include any concerns.

 Please Note:
House Sitting: I am not currently staying overnight in client’s houses. This option is suitable if you would like to have me sit with your pet during the day/evening, while at work or socialising. Please get in touch to discuss! 
Boarding/Day Care: I live in an apartment which has a small balcony and unfenced patio space - suitable for quick potty breaks. There are lots of easily accessible nice walks in the area for longer exercise.
Walks: Available to pick up/drop off and supervise visits to local secure dog paddocks.

Solo dog-walk from your home - 30mins - £12.00 or 1 hour - £17
Home visit including toilet-break, company, games and cuddles - 30 mins - £12 or 1 hour £17
Day-only home-stay - £32
Overnight stay - £37/day

Hi my name’s Amanda and I’m a 50 year old sports administrator. As a hobby I have been cat sitting with Pawshake for several years now. I initially made some fantastic furry friends in the Bedminster / Southville area. I then moved to Horfield and have been looking after some lovely cats in the Gloucester Road / St Andrews / Lockleaze area. I have now bought a flat in Fishponds so am looking to make some new furry friends in this new area. Booking must be local as I don’t have a car and work full time. I can only do evening visits on week days. 
You can go away safe in the knowledge that your cats will be fed, watered, stroked and played with if they are game! I’m used to cleaning out litter trays if the cats are kept indoors. I'm am comfortable administering any medication if needed. I would spend around half an hour per visit. I would also be willing to water plants, bring in deliveries or put out bins etc whilst I'm visiting! I can send you updates including pictures as much or as little as you wish whilst you are away!

I'm flexible, reliable and able to provide any special requests that you might have, whether it's attending to an elderly dog in your own home, bathe, give required medication, take multiple excitable dogs out together or stay over night in your home or mine.&nbsp;
In my home, your pet will receive the care they need; they are never left alone more than a couple hours, they will have multiple long walks throughout the day to ensure they sleep well at night, if your dog is elderly and just prefers a short game a ball in the park then that's totally fine, I will cater to the needs of individual pets.
I live in Bristol now with a couple of my good friends who love cuddling a dog, so your pet will get a lot of love and affection. My home has plenty of space inside and have a reasonably sized garden that has a secure fence. I am able to let your pet sleep wherever they are most comfortable and your preference, whether thats in a crate, in their own dog bed, in my bedroom, sofa, kitchen etc.&nbsp;
In my surrounding area I have many of lovely parks for your pet to run around in to ensure they get the exercise they need.&nbsp;
