For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Forest Green for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Forest Green Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Forest Green sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I have had animals all my life, and everyone in my family loves them. They really are part of the family. I have just moved out of the family home and so am living by myself and I currently don't have any pets. If you have animals with extra requirements, I would be perfect as I have grown up with cats a Bengal called Crystal who is a true Bengal (very naughty), and a black cat called Marmite who is very nervous, I am able to look after their different requirements.I have also been brought up with Rabbits, Fish, Guinea Pigs, and Hamsters and would be happy to look after any sort of animal. I have also attended an Animal Welfare course at Raystede Animal Welfare Centre in Ringmer. At the end of my road, I have a large park which is perfect for dog walking in.
I have been on Pawshake for over 7 years now and have looked after a wide range of animals ranging from chickens and chameleons to dogs and cats. I have looked after numerous puppies of all shapes and sizes and have also looked after more elderly dogs. I am able to come to your house and stay the night whilst you are away.
I work full time in the investment industry and required in my office in Reading 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday)so have limited availability for long sittings.
I own my house in Woking which has an enclosed garden, I will be working from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and can collect your dog depending on location.

Hi, my name is Elena and I’ve been looking after pets for more than 10 years. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, and I’m happy to help care for your dogs, cats, or small pets whenever you need an extra hand. Whether you’re going on holiday, working long days, or just need someone to check in, I’m here to help.
I can come to your home to feed your pets, give them fresh water, take dogs for nice walks, play with them, clean litter boxes, and keep them company so they don’t feel lonely. I always take my time with each animal and try to understand their personality—whether they’re shy, energetic, or older and need gentler care. My goal is to make them feel relaxed, safe, and happy while you’re away. I also understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, so I always do my best to communicate, share updates, and make sure everything is going smoothly. Whether it’s a short visit, a weekend away, or a longer trip, I’ll make sure your pets get all the attention and care they need.
About my services:I offer feeding, fresh water, walking, playtime, cuddles, litter cleaning, and company for pets who might feel anxious when left alone. I can administer simple oral medication if needed. I don’t offer full grooming, but I’m happy to brush pets and keep them clean. For safety and comfort, I only board one dog at a time unless the dogs are from the same household. Walks are usually around 30–45 minutes, and I offer up to two walks per day depending on your pet’s needs.
Time spent with pets:During boarding, pets are never left alone for more than 3 hours, and during daycare no more than 1 hour. In general, pets will not be left unattended, as I’m home most of the day and able to supervise them closely. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I can offer plenty of attention, company, and structured playtime.
My home environment:I live in a calm and pet-friendly home with no other pets. Guest animals can sleep wherever they feel most comfortable, whether that’s in the living area, in their own bed, or in a quiet corner of the home. I also have a secure, fully fenced outdoor area where pets can safely explore under supervision. My gates are safe, locked, and checked regularly.
I love creating a warm, safe environment where each pet feels cared for and understood, and I look forward to welcoming your little one into my care.

The best part of looking after an animal is finding out what they like to do, and I enjoy giving them the attention they deserve and finding out wht they like to do - playing games or not, grooming them if they like that, how much sleep they like and when - whatever makes them most happy and at ease.
I have experience of looking after cats and dogs, small mammals such as gerbils, hamsters and guinea pigs, tortoises, tadpoles, aquarium fish, a corn snake, giant african land snails and stick insects, and I am quite good at watering plants if necessary.
I have owned a succession of rescue cats (although I dont have any pets now) and they all had different but endearing personalities, and I have looked after dogs who like to play fetch with a tennis ball, (and maybe find a few more underneath hedges) and on the other hand, dogs who had no interest in any ball or stick game, but just enjoyed being out and about and then sleeping in their basket.
I have previously worked in a boarding kennels and cattery, and although some dogs and cats are fine in a well run kennels, I think most are less stressed in a home envirnoment, if that is what they are used to. I would like to provide that for your pet.

I'm quiet and reliable, and provide good quality care and give lots of love to your pets! I've fostered and hand reared kittens previously so am confident caring for puppies and kittens.
