Hi! I’m Veronika, and I’ve always loved dogs. Growing up with pets taught me how important it is to care for them with patience and kindness, and that’s why I’m passionate about pet sitting. I want to make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.
I live with my husband, but since I mostly work from home, I’m around a lot to give plenty of attention and care. I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, handling walks, meals, playtime, and even medication when needed.
We share our home with Truffle, our energetic English Springer Spaniel who loves to play and cuddle on the sofa. She’s very friendly with other dogs, so I only take on pups that are dog-friendly to keep everyone happy.
For safety, I only look after fully vaccinated dogs. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I’ll make sure they get all the love and care they deserve while you’re away.


Many years of looking after my own (currently have my little boy Benji who is great with other dogs) and other people’s dogs, as well as volunteering with rescue dogs at a shelter abroad.

I’m a self employed artist working from home with my own little dog Benji who is great with other dogs. I have a completely flexible schedule perfect for taking the best care and giving attention to your much loved pup.

I have my super friendly boy Benji to keep your pup company. I live on a permanently moored widebeam houseboat with garden and decking area. Getting on and off is easy but I always take extra care with the dogs. The garden is secure and I’m in the perfect location for amazing walks in every direction from Hertford lock.

I typically take Benji out for 3 walks a day, two of which are nice and long. We are blessed with the most amazing location to go on the best walks without having to encounter roads in all directions. Back at home it’s a very relaxed environment, with lots of snuggles and playtime.

I'm Iseult, a 40 yr old Irish woman living in Harringay/Finsbury Park. I'm new to Pawshake but not to petsitting :)&nbsp;
I've been crazy about all animals since childhood and had the good luck to grow up in the Dublin Mountains with a full pack made up of 6 horses, 1 sheep, 3 dogs, 5 cats, a rabbit, a guinea pig and 2 goldfish! I'm confident with both puppies and senior dogs, having raised Mac the black lab, Jake the Jack Russell and Billy the beagle from puppyhood and cared for them until Mac and Jake crossed the rainbow bridge as very old boys (Billy is going strong and living his beast beagle life).&nbsp;
I don't currently have any pets of my own but I'm rather proud to say that I'm the go-to-minder for my friends and family - regulars include my godson Biba (the handsome tan boy in my photos, formerly a very anxious resuce), Walt the rescue German Shepard mix, Toffee the cat, Dex the senior Jack Russell, Dexter the cockapoo, and Otto and Rosie my beloved feline nephew and niece.&nbsp;
I've been petsitting for the past year and I've been house sitting while moving to the UK and during a year in Australia, so I'm familiar with the processes involved.&nbsp;
I have my own apartment with a large sun-trap terrace that pups seem to love sunbathing on in the summer and my development is very dog friendly, with access to an inner courtyard garden that you can see in my last photo. I'm moments away from Finsbury Park, with Alexandra Palace and Clissold Park also very close by and a plethora of smaller green spaces such as Cheshnuts Park and Downhills Park to provide some variety on walks.

Hi! My name is Mia and I’m 23 years old. I live in Howlands, Welwyn Garden City, in close proximity to Sherrardspark Wood, one of my go-to spots for relaxed, fun dog walks surrounded by nature! 

I studied animal care in college and I’ve been around animals my entire life. I previously worked at Pets at Home for over a year, so I’m very confident caring for pets day-to-day. I’ve also pet-sat for lots of friends and family, and have looked after many dogs and cats through BorrowMyDoggy. I’m a huge cat lover myself and grew up with them, so feline care is something I’m super comfortable with!

2. 1x Visit a Day
Up to 1 hour. Perfect for cats, dogs, rabbits, or small animals. Includes feeding, litter cleaning, fresh water, playtime, cuddles (if they want them!), and company.

3. 2x Visit a Day
Two visits, ideal for cats who need medication, kittens who need more attention, or dogs that get lonely during the day.

4. Doggy Day Care
Supervised care in my home: walks, playtime, and plenty of company.

5. Boarding (Cats &amp; Dogs)
Overnight care in a safe, comfortable environment. Cats get a peaceful, quiet space, enrichment, brushing (if they enjoy it), and all the cosy spots they like to explore. Dogs get walks, play, and plenty of affection.

Other pets (cats, rabbits, fish, small animals etc.) Happy to discuss needs and pricing separately.

I&nbsp; love all animals especially dogs and cats ,I've worked for years as self employed courier and decided to give it up so I could follow my passion and look after dogs in my home. I started to look after dogs recently and I have boarded at least ten dogs in a short period of time I'm still looking after a puppy who is a long stay two months and it's fantastic to be his guardian for awhile. I'm a stone throw from a large park&nbsp; I make sure the dogs in my care are walked three times a day and they are given activities to stimulate them and keep them happy, I also have a back garden and a gate to keep the dogs safe ,&nbsp; I have large room inside my home the dogs seem to prefer sleeping on my sofa lol. The service I provide is dog boarding and day care I even take on puppies if need be, I'm available for boarding and day care right through till Christmas and short notice is accepted if there is space . I always keep dogs on a leash when out walking I know quite a lot of people with dogs on my local park and have never had a problem with any of them all well behaved.
