"Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! Barbara was lovely from start to finish, she welcomed my rescue puppy into her home and made a genuine effort to get to know her and her needs. I was kept up to date with regular photos & messages during Freya's stay and was in no doubt that my puppy was safe and happy. Such a lovely couple, and Pepper the poodle was adorable! 100% recommended."

"We left our 2yr old lab Bleu with Sheryl for 20 days. Sheryl put our minds at ease about leaving Bleu for the 1st time. It was obvious from day one that Sheryl and her entire family loved dogs. Her house is entirely set up to be dog friendly. We received daily video updates of Bleu. Bleu was not just looked after , he was loved. We were able to enjoy our holiday with peace of mind knowing Bleu was happy and having a great time. We would happily recommend Sheryl , she goes above and beyond for the pets left in her care."

"Our French bulldog had a great experience! He came back happy , looking good ! We received daily updates, photos and a few details about his day ! Even from the photos we could tell he was happy . Natalia’s family kindly allowed our dog on the sofa , so he felt really at home. There were two other dogs there which Natalia was really transparent about right away, and offered to meet before dog boarding started to see if it works for us ! I felt at ease , seeing that my dog is in good hands . Will most certainly be using Natalia’s help in future.

"Very lucky to have found Anne & Martin as needed care for Luna at short notice. They treated her as if she was one of the family, gave regular updates with photos and kept her entertained all weekend. Luna was a happy girl when I picked her up & not in a hurry to leave.

"Anyesha was very professional and made everything very easy. She has a template to collect key information like routines, vet, vaccinations and emergency contacts. "Alicja is a great sitter and an avid animal lover. I left my dog with her for 7 nights and throughout this period she ensured to keep us posted with photos and videos of our dog. She took good care of our dog and used to take them for regular walks to parks and riverside. She is very kind and easy to reach and everytime available whenever I needed her. I highly recommend her and personally would always avail her service whenever I have to leave my dog in boarding."

"I was very happy to find my dog buddy pet sitters Jade and Luke. They looked after him very well, physically_ taking buddy for his walks in park, socially_ buddy met a friend another dog and settled in very well in Jade and Luke cozy loving home environment, with other dogs, going out for walks,.
