"We were extremely lucky to get Jelena to look after Roxy.
We were always updated with pictures throughout Roxy’s stay and she was taken for walks every day which she loves.

"Anyesha was very professional and made everything very easy. She has a template to collect key information like routines, vet, vaccinations and emergency contacts. "We got along with Umut really well and I was genuinely so happy with Biggie’s one-night stay. He clearly has a lot of experience with dogs, and from the very first moment he met Biggie, he was incredibly understanding, calm, and confident in what he was doing. His home was also absolutely lovely and felt like a great place for a dog to stay.
He kept me updated whenever I wanted, and every time we spoke, he made me feel completely reassured. I’m very grateful to him for taking such good care of Biggie. From now on, he’s definitely Biggie’s favourite sitter :)

"I would highly recommend Julie. She did everything possible to help my cat Phoenix settle in quickly. She clearly has a genuine love for all animals, and lots of experience looking after dogs and cats. Julie is a very warm and practical person, and our cat was thoroughly looked after and regularly played with. Julie was completely reliable and also flexible with dates when my plans changed. She sent us regular photos and videos so we could see Phoenix was fine. "
