Our family is a very cat-friendly team (my wife, my son, two daughters and me).
All our lives we have had cats and know how to love and communicate with them. We are ready to provide our services for people who would like to go on holidays for several days or weeks and don't know what to do with their lovely cat.&nbsp;
We have an excellent previous experience with cats, our friends left 2 cats for us for several months and it was a great time. The cat's owner was very happy with our help.
Right now we have a lizard living in his one enclosure so it is absolutely not a problem for him to have a neighbour cat.&nbsp;

I have returned to Edinburgh, having done a spell in London.
I have been looking after dogs, cats and even a rabbit whilst in London, and really enjoyed it! Whilst I dwell on getting my own pet very soon and have a hybrid working week, I am available to pet sit in the area or even back in London if I can stay as my work has an office in London too.
I have grown up with pets and adore them. I often look after my family's 2 cocker spaniels and cat. I enjoy their company and take joy from their happiness and fun little quirks and personalities. I joined pawshake to add spark to my days.
I wfh 2/3 days and am happy to travel within range by public transport. I can take 2 dogs at a time for walks for up to 45 minutes in the morning and/or evenings. Two walks a day, or three at weekends. At the weekends, walks can be longer and at any time. Whilst wfh, I can supervise the pet 24/7. I can send you as many updates as you like and keep in regular contact with you.&nbsp;

I’m a patient and caring animal lover offering pet sitting and boarding in Leith 

I live in a 1 bed-room flat with no flatmates, and no pets, so your dog will have a calm and comfortable space to relax. Since I just graduated and currently work part-time, I have almost all day availability to keep your dog company, give them attention, and make sure they never feel lonely.

I can take them out for at least 4 times a day, depending on their needs and preferences. There’s also a large park about a 5-minute walk from my home, which is perfect for daily walks, playtime, and letting dogs burn off some energy . I'm also happy to just stay with them at home to play balls or tug-and-war

I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and ages, for example, a 3-yr-old Yorkshire Terrier, a 4kg French Bulldog and a even 20kg Boxer. I'm comfortable adapting to different energy levels and care routines.

I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, so I’m always happy to follow your dog’s usual schedule, including feeding times, walks, and any special care they need. My goal is to make them feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away.

I'm Jessie, originally from France but living in Edinburgh for 10 years now.I've always lived with dogs, and currently share my Abbeyhill based flat with Moose, 7yo cairn terrier who likes to be involved in anything happening around him.  I work from home so dogs don't stay alone and can get the attention they need! They're allowed on the sofa  and are free to explore the 2 baskets full of toys.I live close to Holyrood park which is a vast playground for our furry friends, and have a car for any adventure further afield.&nbsp;&nbsp;I only take one dog at a time to offer a quality stays, and look after other's dog like my own! Safety is a priority for me and I know how worrying it can be to leave your beloved pets to others especially if it's the first time, so we can agree on lots of picture/video updates! :)&nbsp;Given that I live in a flat, I prioritise smaller breeds.&nbsp;

Hello pet owners! I am a responsible professional who loves cats and dogs but cannot quite commit to a full-time furry friend. I am 33, work from home most of the week and enjoy relaxed evenings with a movie or a book, as well as the outdoors. A friendly pet would be a really lovely addition to my days occasionally. So why not help eachother? :)
I grew up in a small farm with lots of different animals around, and now happily volunteer to help out with the pets of my family or friends. I also especially look forward to office work days when my colleagues' dogs are visiting. Not much work gets done then, I'll admit. :) People always seem to get surprised I don't actually have a pet. So this would be the next best thing.&nbsp;
My requirements are that your pet is small to medium size, friendly and potty/litter box trained as my flat is mostly carpeted. But they will be allowed everywhere in the flat. If your pet needs cuddles at night I'll be happy to share my bed with them. I will prioritise your pets while they're with me, take them out for a longer walk by the beach once a day, and a few more shorter times according to their training.&nbsp;
Otherwise, I am flexible and can discuss what works, depending on your needs. I drive so can collect/drop them off if needed.&nbsp;

Any home feels a little empty without a pet, luckily growing up my home was never without one (several actually), but sadly since moving to Edinburgh I do not have any. Pet sitting gives me a great opportunity to spend time with loving fur friends, enjoy their unique mannerisms, and maybe go out for some nice walks! I have always enjoyed caring for animals and the range of experience I have had branches from domestic animals to wildlife, with a diploma in animal management to support my interest. I have been intermittently pet sitting throughout the years, but more major roles include animal rescue work, habitat conservation, protection of endangered birds, and kennels and cattery work - so quite a mix. During this time, I have cared for various species and breeds; reptiles, dogs, rabbits, cats, and often dealt with behavioural difficulties or anxiety in animals.
I have listed the option of home boarding, having a small but cosy 1st floor flat in Edinburgh centre with aspacious communal garden. There is a little spare room in my flat that works nicely as a space for pets staying, and there are plenty of spots to retreat to/climb up for their own space. My primary job is a professional cleaner so you can also expect a high standard of cleanliness for your pet. New to Pawshake, ensuring safe and fun-filled dog walks.
I have always had a love for dogs, and definitely understand why they are man's best friend. I used to walk a friend's labradoodle before deciding to get my own one a few years ago. I have taken care of her since she was a small pup and as she is a breeding dog it takes special care looking after her. 
I toilet trained her as a puppy and taught her to sit, lay down, roll over, paw and she can even high five. She attends swimming classes to aid her hip health and has given birth to 2 litters of healthy pups, I have trained her to follow commands such as 'touch' for recall. 
I believe it is so important for dogs to get exercise each day, especially dogs which may be trapped indoors when their families are out at work. I would keep your dog on the lead at all times and take much care when crossing any roads (my dog has no road sense so I am always extra careful with this). I look forward to meeting you and your fluffy friend!
