For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Liversedge for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Liversedge Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Liversedge sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hello, I'm Sarah, I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 13 years experience in the industry. I love all animals and have had a variety of pets all my life. I currently have 2 guinea pigs so am really missing having more furry friends in my life.
I have always wanted to do pet sitting. I have done this for friends and family over the years but now want to offer my services in a more professional way.
I know how daunting it can be to find the right person to look after your best friend but I want to put your mind at rest and assure you that your furry friend(s) will be in safe hands. Allowing you to have a relaxing time away and not worry.
I am very competent in all aspects of animal care, I can confidently administer any medications needed, complete complex care plans and feeding regimes.
During my visits I will provide fresh food and water, change litter trays / let out to the toilet, provide exercise and give lots of fuss and cuddles. I will give you regular updates and I am also happy to water plants, take bins out etc.
I am based in Yeadon, North West Leeds and am happy to travel to the surrounding areas. I am happy to do 1 or 2 visits per day and can offer occasional dog walks too (I work part time so please contact me to discuss). I cannot offer overnight stays in your own home but we can discuss having your pooch here with us.
Please get in touch :)

I love animals and have had different kinds of animals throughout my life. I regularly care for the pets of my friends and family when they go away on holiday etc. I can feed and walk your pets and provide stimulation and play activities for them.
I'm a teacher so am available through the school holidays to take care of your pets. I will be available most weekends and may be able to accommodate other dates upon request.

I have a current and enhanced DBS check. I am a responsible and reliable adult and your pets will be cared for and kept safe. Throughout their stay your pets will be treated like our own and we are always respectful of any instructions or requirements that are given with regards to your pet.
I have a fully enclosed and secure garden which is perfect for your pets to have a mooch around. I am able to administer medication and if necessary provide additional support for your pets. I also have experience of high energy dogs. I live close to a wonderful park which is perfect for walking your dog. We have room for a crate so if necessary I could crate your dog.
Let me know if your dog has any additional needs or requires any medication and these will be accounted for. I have personal experience of high energy dogs and can accommodate this need.

I've been dog walking professionally for years, as well as boarding. We've had everything from Pomeranians to Alaskan Malamutes. I've handled extremely strong (physically and mentally) dogs of all breeds so I'm not put off by much! All the dogs get to stay in a home from home environment during their stay, they allowed on sofas and have free roam of the house, we try to encourage to stay off the bed but can always have a quick cuddle in the morning. On walks, I take most my dogs to secure fields where they can be let off lead and have full freedom, as well as a good play with other dogsI've got qualifications in Animal Management, Canine Buisness and I'm Pet First Aid trained. I'm a massive dog person and always have been! I finally got my first dog in 2021 and he's the best thing I've ever bought. He's super chill and loves company from fellow dog friends. Although massive on dogs, I am partial to a cat or two Your pets will be very well cared for and loved unconditionally.

I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely love spending time with animals. My family has had dogs of all sizes, including a Dalmatian and two Cocker Spaniels, which we raised from puppies through to their senior years. This has given me experience with energetic young dogs as well as older pets who need a slower, gentler pace. I have also looked after friends’ and neighbours’ dogs while they were away, including feeding, walking, and playtime.

I work mainly from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and home visits throughout the day. I love being outdoors and enjoy taking dogs on enriching walks around Brighton and Hove, whether that’s through local parks, woods, or open fields. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I take great care to keep dogs secure on walks and always make sure doors and gates are properly closed when visiting your home. I understand that every pet has their own personality, including those who may be nervous or prefer a quieter approach, and I will care for your pet as if they were one of my own.

As a lifelong dog mum I know how vital it is to feel your best pal is in the safest of hands whilst you are away! I live with 2 charming Cavalier King Charles who love to be around other dogs and are happy to share their home.
Chester's House & Gardens, fully licensed (with Kirklees Council) & insured Dog Home Boarding provides a home away from home for your best pal with luxurious accommodation and meticulously personalised care in terms of feeding, exercise, medications and anything else your pal needs
Chester, our Boss says "We make sure that your best friend becomes ours too. Our large secure garden is where we can play out and have loads of fun at anytime, Roise (my sister) and I both love racing around it. Long walks over fields with our mum Sharon are something we really enjoy doing and often we call at a coffee shop on the way back, sometimes Sharon gets us a sausage to share! In the evenings we curl up on the sofa until it's time for bed." That's what your pal would do too when they stay with us.
