"Tatiana took wonderful care of our collie, Kimura, while we were away. We were delighted to hear how quickly he settled in and how happy and comfortable he was. Tatiana kept in touch throughout our trip, sending photos and videos, which we really appreciated as we missed him so much. "Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"Our French bulldog had a great experience! He came back happy , looking good ! We received daily updates, photos and a few details about his day ! Even from the photos we could tell he was happy . Natalia’s family kindly allowed our dog on the sofa , so he felt really at home. There were two other dogs there which Natalia was really transparent about right away, and offered to meet before dog boarding started to see if it works for us ! I felt at ease , seeing that my dog is in good hands . Will most certainly be using Natalia’s help in future.

"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! Barbara was lovely from start to finish, she welcomed my rescue puppy into her home and made a genuine effort to get to know her and her needs. I was kept up to date with regular photos & messages during Freya's stay and was in no doubt that my puppy was safe and happy. Such a lovely couple, and Pepper the poodle was adorable! 100% recommended."

"We left our 2yr old lab Bleu with Sheryl for 20 days. Sheryl put our minds at ease about leaving Bleu for the 1st time. It was obvious from day one that Sheryl and her entire family loved dogs. Her house is entirely set up to be dog friendly. We received daily video updates of Bleu. Bleu was not just looked after , he was loved. We were able to enjoy our holiday with peace of mind knowing Bleu was happy and having a great time. We would happily recommend Sheryl , she goes above and beyond for the pets left in her care."

"I found Lucia relatively late because our usual dog carer had to cancel for personal reasons. And I’m so pleased I did, because Lucia was great. Very easy to communicate with and arrange meeting times, and my usually difficult westie was quickly at ease. Whilst we were away, I was confident that he was well looked after and we received daily updates and photos. I will definitely be booking Lucia again!"
