For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Mobberley for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Mobberley Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Mobberley sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

We are an animal-loving family of four (with two children ages 10 and 8). We absolutely love animals but at the moment we do not have a pet of our own and we look forward to sharing our affection and attention with your fur baby! I had cats and dogs (and mice!) growing up and miss having them around the house. Our kids absolutely dote on animals so they won’t be short on attention and love! We live in Warrington in a comfortable house with plenty of space. I am at home during the working day and we live on a quiet cul-de-sac with a safe enclosed garden. There are plenty of green areas nearby for walks and exercise.
I work from home full-time so will be here to give your dog company and plenty of loo breaks/exercise. My kids get home around 3.30 and LOVE seeing the dogs and having some fun with them.
We only take vaccinated dogs with up-to-date flea treatment. Photo of vaccination record required before first booking. Of your dog is nervous of other dogs we can offer solo boarding on a higher day rate - please contact us for details.
We are looking forward to hosting your pets and getting to know them.

Hi there! I'm a final-year Master's student (age 22) combining my studies with a genuine love of animal care. I've dogsat for friends and family many times, from long weekends to 10-day stretches, so I'm comfortable with the responsibility of longer stays as well as shorter visits. I also looked after my neighbours cats, often dropping in to feed and spend time with them, before she moved away. I'm now missing some much-needed animal company!
I've always had pets (from dogs and cats, to lizards and ferrets) and adore animals of every kind. My own cat now lives with my parents, and I really miss having that company day to day, so caring for your pet is as much a joy for me as it is a job.
I offer free meet and greets first, so we can make sure everyone's comfortable before anything else. I would prefer this to happen in a public place, such as your pets favourite park! I'm happy to look after pets in my flat during the daytime, and can progress to overnight stays once we've built up a bit of familiarity through a few meetups. I am happy to walk them up to 3 times a day, and take them out for numerous toilet breaks. After a meet and greet, I'm happy for you and your pet to view my flat. Whilst staying with your pets I can cater to any specific dietary requirements, and will never leave them for more than 1 hour (unless a long stay is organised, in which case this period will be discussed specifically).
My schedule is very flexible, so I can fit around your pet's routine: walks, drop-ins, favourite parks or walking routes, feeding times - whatever works best for them. Travel to and from your home is available for an extra fee.
For walks, I would like to keep things one-on-one (or two-on-two if you have a pair), rather than mixing multiple households together, so your dog always gets my full attention and stays relaxed and happy throughout.I live in a very central 2 bed, 2 bath flat on the 3rd floor, with one other pet-loving flatmate (we used to take turns looking after the neighbours cats). My flatmate is a 24 year old PhD student, also at the University of Manchester. We live close to the Ancoats Marina, where we often walk to via the canal. I also love visiting Peel Park, and am happy to venture out of the centre for walks and days out! I do not have a car currently, but I am happy to take the bus/walk up to an hour.
Looking forward to meeting you and your pet!

We've both always been dog and animal lovers, and since moving out of our family homes, our house just doesn't feel the same without a dog, so that's why we do part-time dog sitting! We love looking after your pets and going on adventures with them.
We can provide daytime care, overnight care and multi-night stays. We've also had experience with cats and small animals such as rabbits and hamsters and would happily take care of your little pets too.
Joe and I have been pet sitting part-time for 4 years now and have met so many lovely dogs, from labradors to dachshunds to spaniels, with all different personalities and ages. We can be very accommodating to your dogs needs and have looked after elderly dogs (14+ before).
We are looking forward to meeting your pets and looking after them while you are out or away. We are reliable, responsive and caring towards your animals.

Hi Dearest Reader,
My name is Sara and I am a young professional working in Tech. But more importantly, I am a cat-lover (green flag). I once was mum to a beautiful black Bombay cat called Nico, who sadly passed in September 2025. As a result, I immersed myself into experiences where I can be around animals, especially cats. I first began successfully taking clients on an other platform, now I am happy to take clients here.
I am happy to take care of unvaccinated cats in my home. I am a lover of cats especially, and would love to offer care and support, whether in my home or theirs.
I am happy to do the following:
Feed: Give treats; feed - Clean/change the litter - Quality time: spend time with your feline in your absence - Groom their fur - Give medication - Brush teeth. And lots of cuddles!
I work from home, which gives me maximum flexibility of my schedule. It's a win win situation.
Sara :)

Hi, my name is Mo, I've worked with dogs most of my life, and I adore them all. I am not scared of a challenge at all, and do great with nervous dogs. I treat them like my own and have a lot of patience with them.
Your dog will feel loved and cared for whilst in my care, and just to give yourself peace of mind.
I keep you up to date with photos and videos. Your pet will never be left on their own, and whether they sleep in a crate or bed, they will always be by my side,
I have a 2-year-old Rottweiler who is a wonderful boy, extremely friendly and loving, and is great company for dogs that like a lot of play, he is also just as good with older dogs or nervous dogs, as he backs off when told to, and gives the dog space
I also have a 15-year-old Lhasa, and 4 cats.
My daily routine would be taking the dog out for the first walk of the day, usually the park facing my house, then back home for breakfast.
My back door is usually always open, so the dogs have the freedom of a large garden which is completely enclosed, the dogs have the freedom of most of the house, and sometimes feel better following me around lol.
I also do a teatime walk, then back home for the evening meal. I allow the dogs the freedom of lying on the sofa by myself, or in their own bed, whatever helps the dog relax. At bedtime, the dogs are always next to me, whether it's on their own bed, or my bed. Be assured your dog will never be at risk of escaping, especially in my garden, which is completely enclosed with a 7-foot fence.
I will always make sure I have your vet's details at hand in case of emergency
Mo

Hi there! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and grew up with three dogs of all shapes and sizes. Caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. At the moment, I don’t have any pets of my own, which means I have plenty of space, time, and love to give to your furry family members. Whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or simply cuddles at home, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for ️As I currently work only on weekends, I am available Monday to Friday and can dedicate my full attention to your pet throughout the day. If your dog stays with me, they will have company and care during the day and will not be left alone for long periods.I always follow the dog’s usual routine and any instructions provided, including feeding schedules which I make sure are done on time. I also understand that every dog is different — I am comfortable caring for nervous or high-energy dogs. I always stay aware of my surroundings during walks and keep a safe distance from other dogs when needed to help anxious dogs feel secure.A typical day with me starts with a morning walk straight after waking up, followed by breakfast for both me and the dog. During the day, I include a mix of playtime, cuddles, rest, and at least 3–4 walks depending on the dog’s needs, energy level, and routine. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I always stay calm and put your dog’s safety first. I will contact you immediately and, if needed, seek veterinary advice or assistance while carefully following any instructions you’ve provided.I always provide regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured and see how your pet is doing throughout the day.Let me know if you have any questions — I’d be more than happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand!

My whole life, I have always loved and cared for animals, both my own and other people's (including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, ferrets and many others). Nothing means more to me than the happiness and health of our beloved animals. I understand that they mean the world to us and want to make sure everyone feels reassured that they will be left in safe hands!
It is always important to be calm and patient with any animal and I feel that most animals have always warmed up to me instantly.
I will provide your pets with lots of attention and enrichment to keep them entertained. Please let me know if they have a favourite toy/treat as I want them to feel as comfortable and at home as possible.
I have many years of experience working in veterinary, so I do have basic knowledge of animal health, which may also help give any owners with animals that need extra care the peace of mind.
I have plenty of time at the moment to take care of your animals so please get in touch and let me know all about them!
If they like to go for walks to particular places, please let me know as I want them to be as comfortable as possible and familiar surroundings are always a plus :)

Best friend for your little best friend!
We are a couple based near Deansgate who own a doggo themselves, Carlton! Carlton is the friendliest dog. He loves all dogs and adapts his play levels to each dog. He can entertain a puppy and be chilled around an older pup!
We are a very active and playful household so can accommodate all needs! The dogs can be walked as often as needed. No matter the weather.
We offer daycare, house sitting and drop in visits. We can work around your and your dog needs. We are very flexible during the week and can almost always accommodate last-minute plan changes. We are based at home full time so have the flexibility to look after other doggos.
We have experience in looking after puppies and senior dogs. We can administer oral medication if needed too!
We are very excited to meet you and your little buddy for all the play and cuddles! We have a few regular doggos that stay with us!
