"We are so thankful to Wai Ching for taking amazing care of our two dogs, Mercury and Dobby, for 7 days while we were traveling. Wai Ching’s passion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals gave us total peace of mind.

"Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pug Cookie. He’s only ever stayed away from us twice in almost 7 years, I wasn’t sure he’d settle and I was quite emotional upon leaving him. Amanda was so welcoming and gentle with Cookie at the meet and greet, that he took to her straight away. She could also see how emotional I was and reassured me that all would fine, that I’d be kept updated with pictures/videos. Amanda took the time to go through Cookie’s health needs. She was very understanding, ensured all his eye ointments were done on time daily and took such good care of him I don’t think he wanted to come home with us. Amanda sent me daily pictures and videos of Cookie whilst we were away. He was loved and cared for and enjoyed his time there making new furry friends too. Amanda is so friendly, patient, calm, caring and gentle which is why Cookie settled in so well with her. We felt she went above and beyond to ensure all of Cookie’s needs were met and provided such an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be sending Cookie to stay with her again. Thank you so much Amanda for everything, without the level of care and attention you gave to Cookie, and the reassurance you gave to me, we couldn’t have gone away☺️"

"Raquel is really lovely, we have never left our dog before and were nervous but she put us at ease straight away. She sent us videos and pictures of Sky to give us peace of mind. We could tell how happy Sky was in them and she treated Sky like her own dog. We will definitely be using Raquel again the next time we need to go away. Thank you so much again :) "

"We had to leave for 14 days for an emergency situation and Ola was out saviour.
She looked after Taffy very well and took him for regular walks.
She updated me with pics and the well being of Taffy regularly.
Communications were great and everything was done by her on time.
Thanks Ola for your support.
Taffy has found a new friend now to spend time when we go out of station.

"I left our little boy Enzo with Bettina while on a trip for 4 nights and I am very pleased with how she took care of him. She sent me very cute photos of him and update on how he settled. This made me very relaxed while away not having to worry about Enzo. Bettina's house was so clean and impressive. I will leave Enzo with her again and recommend her to anyone. Thank you Bettina for caring for our furry boy. Means alot to me. "

"Our Olive made a new best friend staying with Hannah. we are so so grateful to her for looking after our girl so well- she settled in immediately after we left, clearly feeling super safe, comfy and at home. we got very frequent updates and photos from Hannah whilst we were away and couldn't have felt our dog was in a better place, really allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. Hannah took amazing care of Olive, made sure she got her scheduled medications- she's clearly experienced with animals and loves them like they're her own. we will 1000% have Hannah look after Olive again. thank you so much!!
