Our dog has a strong personality and Jenny and her family quickly got to know him.
Jenny was very understanding when our flight got delayed.

"I am extremely pleased with how Faye took care of our cavalier, Poppy. A meet and greet was arranged to see if Poppy will be ok with Faye and her lovely dog 'Ronnie' , following which booking was done. Faye responded promptly to messages. She gave us regular updates with pictures.
Poppy settled in well and was taken for regular walks.
I will highly recommend Faye.

We felt like we'd sent Pickle dog away on a luxury vacation where he was not simply looked after, he was pampered! Such an experience you do not expect to find, they went above and beyond to make sure Pickle was safe, comfortable and stimulated. They are true dog lovers. We were honestly quite worried he wouldn't want to leave!
