"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Neil. Our two French bulldogs stayed with him for eight nights, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave when we came to pick them up. Neil is incredibly loving and caring with dogs, and it showed in every update he sent. We received plenty of photos and videos each day - from walks, playtime, and relaxing at home - which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
It’s clear that Neil treats every dog as if they were his own. We’re so grateful for the care he gave our pups and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affectionate sitter."

"An absolute dream of a sitter, Saumya and her husband treated our very spoiled mini sausage and iggy as their own, they were so looked after and the happiest I have seen them for a stay-over. She treated them with home made snacks and walked them wonderfully. I absolutely recommend her and will have my girls with her again in the future.
I have to add how amazing Saumya was with flexibility, we had to travel at short notice over a bank holiday for a funeral and she met us beforehand (as a meet and greet), took the dogs to e day before as we were travelling very early morning, and let us pick them up on the way home from the airport, late evening. Her communications were really reassuring particularly for our kids who were already having a trying time. We’re so grateful.

"I couldn't be happier with the care Matt provided. My dog (Maxi) is a high-energy Labrador, and Matt did an amazing job keeping him engaged, active, and happy. He kept me updated throughout, sending regular pictures and messages, which gave me real peace of mind. It was clear that Maxi was not just being looked after but truly cared for. "We were very anxious before leaving our 20 months old dog with a sitter as she had not stayed outside the family, but one look at Shobha and we knew she would take good care of her. We found Shobha to be very approachable and friendly. She responded to our queries very quickly and was very patient with us when we didn't understand how Pawshake works. We got frequent updates via text and photos about how our dog was doing and were reassured along the way that she was happy and settling well. When we picked up our dog this morning, she was in no hurry to leave Snobha, which says a lot! Shobha and her husband were able to fill us in on how the night had gone and we could see that they had enjoyed having our dog with them as much as she had enjoyed being with them. It has been a very positive experience and we will book Shobha again in the near future. We were very pleased with her care of our dog and highly recommend her services."
