"Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog was—whether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care and attention Rachel gave my dog, and I will definitely use her services again in the future."

"my little dog jason had a great time with shilpa, her husband and their dog boomer. considering jason is a live wire, they were all calm, welcoming and patient. shilpa arranged a little trial before we went on holiday offered plenty of reassurance and photos. would definately use again. thank you "

We felt like we'd sent Pickle dog away on a luxury vacation where he was not simply looked after, he was pampered! Such an experience you do not expect to find, they went above and beyond to make sure Pickle was safe, comfortable and stimulated. They are true dog lovers. We were honestly quite worried he wouldn't want to leave!

"Grace was great! she kept me updated with lots of pictures and videos throughout also she communicated with me throughout. When I picked my dog up he was really happy, well brushed & just seemed himself 100% which is always a sign to me he’s been looked after good. Thank you x "
