"5 stars aren’t just enough for Jessica’s great help and service. The communication was perfect - she sent lots of photos and videos of Jadu and kept me updated with Jadu’s everyday. I could tell Jessica really cared for Jadu as she asked me about lots of detailed questions such as Jadu’s eating/sleeping/walking routine etc. Also Jadu looked so happy being around Jessica and Rob. I definitely would like to have Jadu taken care of by Jessica. "

They made themselves available to meet us beforehand and get to know us, and during the weekend boarding they kept sending updates and were always relaxed about small changes of plans. "Our Beagle Molly had at wonderful dog vacation at Irene's, whilst my daughter and I had a weekend trip to meet friends in York. It's the first time we've left Molly since we got her as a rescue 2 years ago and wanted a dog sitter rather than to put her into kennels. Irene, her husband and two lovely dogs provided the perfect stay. I knew within 2 minutes of meeting Irene that she would take fantastic care of Molly and she did. I had regular updates and photographs all weekend so I could see how happy our dog was. Would definitely ask Irene to look after Molly in the future and would recommend her to others without hesitation. "
