Working from home, I can fit the pet care flexibly into my daily and weekly routine. 
I live in a large shared house with a big fenced garden with secure gates (see gallery). I share the house with 6 other adults and 2 kids, who visit at the weekends. Pets are allowed inside the house and in the garden. 
I am experienced adapting to individual circumstances and am very respectful toward your situation and home. I am reliable, dedicated and punctual, so you can have a peace of mind and feel at ease, knowing your furry family member(s) is/are well looked after.

I can come to your home to feed your pets, give them fresh water, take dogs for nice walks, play with them, clean litter boxes, and keep them company so they don’t feel lonely. I always take my time with each animal and try to understand their personality—whether they’re shy, energetic, or older and need gentler care. My goal is to make them feel relaxed, safe, and happy while you’re away. I also understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, so I always do my best to communicate, share updates, and make sure everything is going smoothly. Whether it’s a short visit, a weekend away, or a longer trip, I’ll make sure your pets get all the attention and care they need.
About my services:I offer feeding, fresh water, walking, playtime, cuddles, litter cleaning, and company for pets who might feel anxious when left alone. I can administer simple oral medication if needed. I don’t offer full grooming, but I’m happy to brush pets and keep them clean. For safety and comfort, I only board one dog at a time unless the dogs are from the same household. Walks are usually around 30–45 minutes, and I offer up to two walks per day depending on your pet’s needs.
Time spent with pets:During boarding, pets are never left alone for more than 3 hours, and during daycare no more than 1 hour. In general, pets will not be left unattended, as I’m home most of the day and able to supervise them closely. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I can offer plenty of attention, company, and structured playtime.
My home environment:I live in a calm and pet-friendly home with no other pets. Guest animals can sleep wherever they feel most comfortable, whether that’s in the living area, in their own bed, or in a quiet corner of the home. I also have a secure, fully fenced outdoor area where pets can safely explore under supervision. My gates are safe, locked, and checked regularly.

My name is Amanda, and I'm a passionate animal lover with my own experiences as a dog and cat owner, in addition to previously working for the Dogs Trust as a fundraiser for the important work they do in providing loving homes for those who sadly find themselves without one. I am confident with handling most breeds, large and small but have a particularly soft spot for small to medium breeds having owned small but confident terriers.&nbsp;

I live in the suburbs of Brighton and Hove, so if your precious canine/s opt to holiday with me, they will be free to roam the dog-proofed large garden ,walks close by in the safe enclosed dog park or walks  across the Sussex Downs, which is also close by.
I chose to become a pet sitter because of my love and adoration for our four-legged friends.

I’m a caring and reliable dog sitter who offers a calm, cosy home where dogs are truly treated like family. Although I’m new to professional dog sitting, I grew up with 4 Beagles from the age of five, so caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life. I’m confident with puppies, including basic training and teaching fun tricks, and I also have experience supporting senior dogs. I recently cared for my own senior dog, who I was very close to, so I’m comfortable giving medication, following routines, and providing plenty of patience and affection. I live alone in a quiet flat, which makes it a peaceful and relaxed environment for dogs who enjoy consistency and a slower pace. To help keep the space comfortable and stress-free, I’m best suited to dogs who are toilet trained and up to date with their vaccinations. While I don’t have a garden, I live directly opposite a park with plenty of green spaces just seconds away, and I love taking dogs out for walks, including trips to the beach, the park and many more. I offer dog walks in lovely groups for lots of fun play! walks are 60 minutes long.
