"Lucia and her partner were amazing looking after our two Samoyeds while we were away. From the start, Lucia was asking all the right questions, which really reassured us as this was our first time using Pawshake.
They checked in with us regularly with updates and photos, which meant a lot and helped us relax while away. They walked, fed, and somehow managed to keep our two chaotic fluffballs alive despite them being an absolute handful 😂
You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after, and we’d happily trust them again in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Rachel is the best dog boarder I’ve ever had! She adores her visitor dogs and gives them truly home from home. Attention to dogs needs, communication with me and knowledge & understanding of dogs are all second to none, and I was immediately impressed by Rachel when I met her as she gave me the confidence that my dog will be happy and safe with her. "Isabelle took great care of my dog Apollo, and he seemed to settle in quite quickly with her even though it was his first time with a pet sitter. Great communication and updates with pictures, and was very accommodating to any last minute changes. She also took great care of an injury he had on his ear. Would definitely recommend!"

"Absolutely thrilled with our experience! This was my first time using any kind of sitting service, and I was quite anxious about leaving my dog, Mr. Coffee, in someone else’s care. But those worries quickly disappeared — Andrei was absolutely brilliant with him! His calm, caring approach put me at ease right away.
