I share my home with a dog and two cats (as well as children!) so I know firsthand the love, joy, and responsibility that comes with looking after animals. That’s why I approach every walk and every visit with the same level of care and attention I give my own pets.
I’m known for my reliable nature, calm approach, and ability to quickly build trust with animals of all personalities. Whether it’s an energetic dog that needs a good run, a gentle stroll for an older companion, or simply spending quality time with a cat who enjoys company, I tailor my care to meet each pet’s needs.
I can also support with house training and have experience of nervous and reactive animals as well as administering tablets, spot on treatments and medicines.
My goal is to give you peace of mind and regular updates (with as many photos as you like!) so you know that your pets are happy, safe, and cared for - and you can focus on your day.

Services

  Dog walking - can be as short or as long as you think your dog needs! I can do a 15 minute walk round the block or a 3 hour hike. I'm happy to walk on or off lead and I mix up my walks so doggies never get bored! 
  One visit per day - 30 minute session 
  Two visits per day - 2 x 30 minute sessions (normally around meal times)



As a lifelong pet owner and devoted animal lover, I have cared for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets throughout my life. My experience includes handling large breeds, providing basic training support, and adapting to the unique needs of every animal in my care.

For boarding and daycare, pets stay in my home in a calm, pet-friendly environment. I have a secure, comfortable space where dogs can relax, play, and sleep - whether that means curling up on a dog bed in the livingroom or in the kitchen or settling on the sofa. Pets are never left alone for more than 2-3 hours, and I maintain their usual feeding schedules and routines to keep them settled.

Daily walks typically last 30-45 minutes, adjusted to your pet’s age, breed, and energy level. I handle feeding carefully, always following the owner’s instructions, and in case of any health concern or emergency, I will contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet straight to the nearest vet.

I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they receive love, attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re away. My goal is to give both pets and owners complete peace of mind. ️

I am married to Sean with 3 grown up children but our current child substitutes nowadays are Bobbi the flatcoat retriever, Measles the silver tipped Bengal and Arthur, our white Mainecoon. New to sitting, but recently have taken early retirement, I thought this would be a great way to still get out and about, meet new people and spend time with furry friends. I have had pets all my life do have years of pet experience of looking after cats and dogs . I have the common immediately outside the back gate and love taking my dog for a walk as well as spoiling the kitties. I can walk your dog, doggy or cat sit, drop in sessions, whatever your needs. I live in a chalet type bungalow 2 storey with my husband and 2 teenages sons 16 & 18. I have garden for animals to play and roam outside. I have had several of family and friends pets over but ideally would prefer to house sit but more than happy to do daycare. I was working full time and often did this to help friends out but since I have been made redundant after 30 years in one job and I love running and animals this seemed to be the ideal time to make the change.I have a Country Park 10 mins down the road and access to many rural areas for dog walks. I have always had animals throughout my life and have a true passion for there well being and keeping

I work full time but I am looking to do some pet sitting on the side to have a little bit of extra income as well as spend time with animals, as we are not able to have our own pet at the moment. I work from home each Wednesday so have more flexibility for walks / sitting on a Wednesday. Otherwise it would need to be mornings / evenings and weekends. 
I love cats and dogs and would prefer to take care of small and medium dogs, unless they are very well behaved large dogs.
