"I am over the moon that I found Charlotte and decided to book her to look after our dog Saxon. Charlotte is warm, friendly and very professional. Our dog Saxon has some human/dog aggression and suffers with separation anxiety. Charlotte entered our home calmly and did exactly as we told her ensuring the initial meet and greet went smoothly and in doing so, meant that Saxon stayed calm and wasn’t threatened by Charlottes presence. We booked Charlotte for 1 week to stay at our home and all the time we were away, we knew that both our home and Saxon were completely safe. Charlotte followed every instruction that we left her, for both Saxon and our home, with this being the very first time that we have ever used an agency to find a dog sitter, we had some slight worry if we had made the right decision. Charlotte was very good at communicating back to us, keeping us updated on Saxon and answering our messages to her while we were away. I would 100% book Charlotte again and very much look forward to welcoming her into our home once (or much, much) more. Thank you Charlotte for looking after Saxon, he misses you already!! Xx "

"Honestly, cannot thank Charlie enough for house sitting with Lionel, my bunny 🐇, whilst I went away for a week. Her communication was on point, giving me updates so I didn't have to worry, she clearly fell in love with Lionel who has been very spoilt and well looked after! Came back to an immaculate flat, too! She was also extremely understanding when it came to travel plans and arrangements and I felt no pressure from her side at all. She did an absolutely phenomenal job and I would 11/10 recommend her to anyone who is worried about trusting someone with their fur baby! She went above and beyond, and then some!! Thank you so, SO, much again, Charlie! 🫶🏼"

"Elisa is a great sitter. She is reliable, trustworthy and her communication is excellent. She updated me regularly which was great and we came back to a clean house and happy pets. I was a bit nervous as my dog in particular can be a bit of a handful but they bonded immediately and got on great. I have already rebooked for our next holiday 👍"

"David and his partner have been so gentle with our dogs when we were on holiday especially the younger one is so anxious. They provided daily walks to them and gave them love while we were away. "It was our first time getting a cat/house sitter for our 2 cats - a former stray and her daughter. One of them has recently developed anxiety when we go away overnight (even with neighbours dropping in to feed them twice a day), so we decided to look into a house sitter to avoid more vets bills. We found Eloise who was reasonably priced and has previous experience with rescue cats. Our cats like quiet and calm people and are easily startled by loud noises, people who move quickly and will run away. Prior to the weekend stay Eloise came over to meet us and both cats to properly introduce herself which was appreciated. We created a small information sheet of their routines (including morning medication) and what they liked and disliked. Eloise took this information onboard and was everything we needed her to be - our cats loved her and we felt very confident whilst away as we were sent photos and videos of Eloise with our floofs daily. We would highly recommend Eloise and will definitely be contacting her again."
