"Searching for a suitable house & pet sitter was a daunting and time-consuming task. I’d not been away for several years while my cat who has CKD (chronic kidney disease) demands intuitive care. My dog is super sociable but has some trauma-related separation anxiety issues and will only go on walks with a trusted friend, namely myself or my husband.
Diego is a kind and intelligent soul who took care of them both flawlessly, paying attention to every minutia detail that I’d shared, while also using his own initiative independently.
Equally important, he left our home exactly as we’d left it and after some bad experiences in the past it was an absolute joy and relief to come back to.
He kept in respectful contact at all times - from our opening conversations and throughout the two-week duration we were away, sharing photos & videos regularly. Diego took care of everything and everyone as if it were his own.
If your goal is to go away with complete peace of mind, you’ve found your man."

"We genuinely cannot recommend Bethan highly enough. We had to arrange a sitter for our dog last minute and were a bit worried about booking someone we hadn't met before, particularly as our dog can be reactive on walks, but Bethan immediately put us at ease. She is so kind, warm, thoughtful and conscientious - as well as being incredibly sweet with our dog Penny! She took a slightly complicated medication/food schedule in her stride and asked really sensible questions about penny's care that I hadn't even thought of. She was an absolute delight to communicate with and sent us regular updates/pics.
Bethan really went above and beyond in so many ways, and we would not hesitate to book her again."

"Alice looked after my two dogs at my house for 19 nights while I went on holiday. I was very nervous about leaving them because I haven’t done so before and they can be quite nervous as they are both rescued dogs.
They can also be reactive to other dogs when out walking and I was concerned about someone else coping with this.
Alice was great. She sent me messages and photos to let me know that everything was okay.
When I got home my dogs were happy and healthy and had clearly been well cared for.
Alice left the house clean and tidy.
I won’t hesitate to book Alice again if I need a dog/house sitter in the future."

"Angela and Dave gave our boy Cosmo amazing care. He had an injury (thereby having stitches/cone) only a few days before our 5 day trip. This necessitated additional care requirements, but they were very understanding about it and were amazing support. They were very communicative throughout their sit and were amazing overall."

"We could not have asked for a better sitter of our beloved dog, cat and chickens whilst abroad. She was very inquisitive, caring and brilliant communication every few days with videos of our happy animals. The house was safe and Aradhana left it in immaculate condition! We were very lucky to book Fiona to stay at our house and look after our 9 year old cat Willow, whilst our family were away for 2 weeks recently.
Fiona is a thoroughly lovely, friendly and kind lady who absolutely adores animals. When Fiona visited us to meet Willow before we went away, she asked lots of questions about Willow, her routines, her likes and dislikes, so she could look after her as we do.
She took amazing care of Willow, not only doing the basic duties of feeding , litter duty and daily brushing, etc, Fiona gave Willow so much attention, playing with her and sitting with Willow in the garden when Willow wanted to be outdoors…. You could not get better care for your pet…
During our time away, Fiona messaged daily giving updates and sending through pictures and videos reassuring us that Willow was settled and ok. Willow instantly bonded with Fiona and was completely happy and content the whole time we were away. We came home to a very happy cat.
Fiona was also very respectful to our home and it was immaculately clean on our return.
I highly recommend Fiona and would instantly book her again when we go away on holiday. I am also happy to supply a reference to anyone who is considering booking Fiona to care for their pet in the future.
