"I cannot recommend Ashter highly enough! From the moment I booked, her communication was excellent - quick responses, clear updates, and genuine care for my pet’s well-being. Leaving your beloved pet with someone new is always nerve-wracking, but Ashter made the entire experience stress-free. She treated my furry baby like hers, ensuring he was comfortable, well-exercised, and given plenty of love and attention. I received regular photos and updates, which reassured me that Joy was happy and in great hands. The little touches - like extra cuddles and thoughtful care - made a difference. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind, and professional pet sitter, Ashter is the best choice. I’ll definitely be booking with her again! 🐾❤️"

"Alice looked after my two dogs at my house for 19 nights while I went on holiday. I was very nervous about leaving them because I haven’t done so before and they can be quite nervous as they are both rescued dogs. They can also be reactive to other dogs when out walking and I was concerned about someone else coping with this. Alice was great. She sent me messages and photos to let me know that everything was okay. When I got home my dogs were happy and healthy and had clearly been well cared for. Alice left the house clean and tidy. I won’t hesitate to book Alice again if I need a dog/house sitter in the future."

"I was a bit apprehensive about using a house sitter, my puppy is a handful and I needed someone to look after her for 14 hours. Luckily I found Hazel, and she was an absolute dream. She arrived on time, sent me updates and photos while I was away and took care of my puppy wonderfully. Thank you Hazel! I will 100% be using her again in the future. "

"Angela and Dave gave our boy Cosmo amazing care. He had an injury (thereby having stitches/cone) only a few days before our 5 day trip. This necessitated additional care requirements, but they were very understanding about it and were amazing support. They were very communicative throughout their sit and were amazing overall."

"We could not have asked for a better sitter of our beloved dog, cat and chickens whilst abroad. She was very inquisitive, caring and brilliant communication every few days with videos of our happy animals. The house was safe and Aradhana left it in immaculate condition! Would thoroughly recommend her for your future house sitting needs. "

"5 Star service provided ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were very lucky to book Fiona to stay at our house and look after our 9 year old cat Willow, whilst our family were away for 2 weeks recently. Fiona is a thoroughly lovely, friendly and kind lady who absolutely adores animals. When Fiona visited us to meet Willow before we went away, she asked lots of questions about Willow, her routines, her likes and dislikes, so she could look after her as we do. She took amazing care of Willow, not only doing the basic duties of feeding , litter duty and daily brushing, etc, Fiona gave Willow so much attention, playing with her and sitting with Willow in the garden when Willow wanted to be outdoors…. You could not get better care for your pet… During our time away, Fiona messaged daily giving updates and sending through pictures and videos reassuring us that Willow was settled and ok. Willow instantly bonded with Fiona and was completely happy and content the whole time we were away. We came home to a very happy cat. Fiona was also very respectful to our home and it was immaculately clean on our return. I highly recommend Fiona and would instantly book her again when we go away on holiday. I am also happy to supply a reference to anyone who is considering booking Fiona to care for their pet in the future. Kim….07778032989."

"We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Laura took amazing care of our dog & rabbit while we were away, making sure they were happy, well-exercised, and loved. It was such a relief knowing our pup was in such good hands. On top of that, she left our home spotless, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible pet sitter. Thank you so much, Laura!"

Pawshake also offers house sitting in

Why house sitting ?

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Calcot home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Calcot.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Calcot home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Pet owners book house sitting in Calcot on Pawshake. Over 741 pet owners in Calcot have left a review, with an average of 4.97/5. All paid safely using Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
