"THE BEST!!! Renato (and his wife Ceci - also a pet sitter on Pawshake) were once again AMAZING with my dog Jax. He is a 10 year old husky...with a fair bit of attitude. We were away for a Christmas/New Year holiday and Renato (and Ceci) stayed in our home taking care of our dog and our house for close to two weeks. Jax was absolutely spoiled and it is very clear that he had a wonderful time with Renato. Renato is so great with giving daily update messages, videos and pictures. It made me feel at ease. Also to note that our house was also exactly as we had left it. Renato is incredibly responsible, respectful, warm and kind. It's clear from my dog's reaction when greeting him that Renato is one of his favourite people. My dog does suffer from seizures but Renato was willing to look after him either way. That's not easy to find in a pet sitter. I will recommend Renato to all my family and friends and will hope to book him in the future. Thank you so much Renato (and Ceci) for being the absolute best with Jax. It means the world to us. "

"What can I say, other than exceptional from start to finish!!!!! I in particular have anxiety around our 3 girls when we ever go on holidays, and this time was different as it was 2 full weeks we were away for for the partners 40th. Our three ladies are literally treated like children, and are used to their routine and home, there is never any way we could put them in kennels no matter how good they were. Never used "House & Dog Sitters" before and was even anxious around this. Caitlin arranged to call at the house to meet the girls and what can I say, from that very moment, my anxiety was gone. They were sitting with her and she is such a lovely young lady in all honesty. It never crossed my mind that the dogs would not be safe from then right through to the end of the holiday (which for me is unbelievable, I could finally relax)!! We had regular updates and picture of the three girls sent through, and Caitlin was still there with them when we returned home. Could not recommend her services any more, if I could give more than 100% (or 5 star rating), I would. Highly Recommend this young ladies services!!!!!!! :-) Lee & Peter"

"Ceci is absolutely wonderful. Has taken the time to get to know my rambunctious but oddly shy cat, Persephone, so that Seph has company while I'm away, as opposed to just having someone in her space making sure she's fed. Seph is completely herself when I get home, which just shows how comfortable she is with Ceci staying. "
