I have always felt a deep connection to animals. Since I was young, the only job I could see myself doing was caring for animals, I worked on an alpaca farm when I was 15 and I went to an animal care specific college. I've grown up with cats and dogs and I have always made sure they have the best care I knew how to provide. I am a very responsible pet owner and I have previously cared for family members dogs/cats while they've been on holiday for weeks at a time, for instance, my dads friend works abroad a lot and he needed to go out of the country for two weeks, I stayed with his dog Millie who was about 4 months at the time, she was in the middle of being trained and in the time he was away Millie was able to sit, wait, jump, roll over, and had brilliant recall off the lead. I wouldn't say I'm absolutely confident in training dogs but I can definitely re enforce commands. I've also looked after family friends cats, inside and outside. 
I am autistic and as a child my most meaningful bonds were with my pets as I didn't feel on edge about what they would think of me. I think this has really shaped me as a person and has helped my passion in animal care bloom. My happiest memories from childhood include animals, taking my dog to the lake district for hours and hours of walks, snitching on my sister for sneaking the dog into her room because I was jealous, having no room in my bed because I insisted on having all of the cats in my bed with me, and the many many cuddles on the sofa before bed with the cats and dogs.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I have three family cats, Betty, Tinker, and Belle alongside a boarder collie named Dodger. Myself and my partner now also have two kittens of our own, Oswald and Juno, we also are big reptile and insect lovers and we have a bearded dragon, a blue tongue skink, and a rainbow stag beetle, and we've previously had jumping spiders, mantises, tarantulas, and giant african land snails.
I am more than happy to look after any pets around leicestershire, including exotic animals. I'm able to bath and brush dogs and cats. I do dog walking, I don't have any professional past experience in this however I grew up with dogs, walk my friends dogs, and my partner and his family have 7 dogs which I do walk too. I'm comfortable walking dogs on or off lead, I work to adapt to each dog's specific needs.&nbsp;
My number one priority will always be the animals welfare, that they are happy and all their needs are met. Even if your pets care is complicated, as long as you give me instructions on what they need, you can rest assured that your little friend is content and well cared for. 
I offer visits to your house to make sure everything is okay and that your pet has everything they need, my routine for this will obviously depend on your personal instructions and I will be absolutely sure to cover everything from cleaning food and water bowls filling them back up to picking up any mess they may have created. I'm also happy to bring inside any post if needed.&nbsp;
Despite my lack of specific qualifications, I am more than competent in animal care and I plan to gain relevant qualifications as time goes on.&nbsp;

Hi! I’m currently studying Dance Movement Psychotherapy at the University of Derby, which might sound a bit unusual for pet sitting but it means I’m trained to understand emotions and body language beyond words.
I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I used to have three dogs and two cats, I also have experience caring for rabbits, turtles, ferrets, and parrots (my mum has two!), which has made me comfortable adapting to different temperaments and care needs.
Since moving to the UK, I’ve really missed my pets, which is one of the reasons I’m so drawn to pet sitting. Being around animals brings me comfort, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with them.
In terms of daily care, I tailor everything to your pet. For dogs, I usually offer 30–60 minute walks depending on their energy level, along with playtime and companionship at home. For cats and smaller animals, I focus on maintaining their routine and gentle interaction. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, water intake, cleanliness, and overall wellbeing.
When it comes to behaviour, I approach pets with patience and understanding. If a pet shows signs of anxiety, overexcitement, I focus on creating a safe and predictable environment rather than forcing interaction. I use gentle redirection and calm presence to support them in settling. I respect each animal’s boundaries while also maintaining clear structure.
I am comfortable administering basic medication (such as oral medication if clearly instructed), and I always follow the owner’s guidance carefully. I provide regular updates with photos and messages so you can feel reassured while you’re away. If any unexpected situation arises, I stay calm, observe carefully, and contact you promptly while taking appropriate action to ensure your pet’s safety.
Through my volunteering experience, I’ve developed strong responsibility, patience, and reliability. I only accept vaccinated pets and always maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful environment.
I understand how important your pet is to you, and I will treat them with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care just like they’re my own. 

Hi I'm Jen and I would love to help care for your babies when you just want some time to yourselves. I love cats (especially the snuggly one's) and I do refer to myself as Auntie Jen to all my friends animals.&nbsp;
I want you to feel comfortable knowing that your babies will be looked after when you want to go on holiday or even those times when something unexpected happens.
I used to have 2 babies of my own called Tic &amp; Tac. They were very well cared for but unfortunately my work changed and I had to rehome them. This took me 9 months! I had to make sure that they were being adopted by someone who was going to love them like me. It was genuinely the hardest decision I've ever had to make. But it was to ensure that they got more time and snuggles.&nbsp;
I am happy to offer short visits to over night stays. I will take care of your babies like they are my own and they will have nothing but love from me.

Hi! I'm rom Malaysia and I'm currently working in the UK. I grew up with dogs since childhood. Previously had 2 german shepherds, 2 dalmations and currently, we have 5 mongrels. Recently our dogs had a litter of 6 puppies, we took care of them till 3 months old and gave 3 of them away. I have grown to appreciate dogs over time, especially after nurturing our litter of puppies from birth. Seeing them grow up from the size of my palm to the height of my waist, is simply priceless. I have some basic experience in training dogs, managed to train some of my dogs to sit, stay, lie down, stand up, shake hand. I enjoy walking dogs, running them and playing with them. Back in Malaysia, where my dogs are, I would play tug of war and chase with them. We love just about any dog, it's always fun to spend time with them.
My schedule is flexible and can accommodate morning, afternoon and evening visits. As a student, I am always free on the weekends for walks, visit, boarding, etc.
Depending on the dog's personality and needs, I cuddle them, give them attention, or simply leave them alone. If they are the active type, playing toys with them or taking them for a walk is how I would care for them.
The services I provide are Dog Walking, Home visits and House Sitting (where I stay in pet owner's house). My dog walks can range from 30 minutes up to 2 hours depending on your request. During House Sitting I can do as many dog walks as you wish per day. I can supervise pets 24/7, but I trust that you will be reasonable with me leaving the house when necessary.&nbsp;
I do not do Home Dog Boarding or Doggy Daycare due to my flat not being suitable for it.&nbsp;

I have always loved animals, I've had horses, dogs, cats, chickens and small fury's my whole life, currently have a horse, 2 dogs and a cat. 
I also own a dog walking and pet sitting business (Bruno&amp;co- dog walking services on Facebook) that I set up 3 years ago. I'm reliable, patient and friendly, I can cater for any size/breed/ temperament of dog :) since starting my business I have learnt to so much more about dogs and good at reading body language, they will definitely be in safe hands with me. 
Available Monday -  Friday, I do get ready booked up on Tuesday and Wednesdays so it is best to book on advance. 
Services: half hour walks or 'check ins' feed, play, toilet break etc, dog sitting available on weekends and some weekdays overnight, however dogs must be able to be left alone for at 4-5 hours for weekend pet sitting. 
24/7 care is available for nervous dogs however is set at a much higher price. 
I spend my spare time at horse shows, I learnt to ride at age 4 and have been riding ever since (20 years) doing show jumping or out in the Peak District with my German shepherd Bruno and Jack Russell Dutch, with them being working dogs we usually do around 8-10 miles on the weekends, as well as taking my 2 children out and spending time with friends.
