Hello! My name is Becca, I am 24 years old and a designer living in Bradley Stoke. I currently don't have any pets of my own, but have grown up with many furry friends, and over the years I've had the joy of helping friends by pet sitting and walking their dogs. 
Spending time with animals is something that genuinely makes me happy and content!
I understand it can be hard to leave your pet behind and can be very stressful to organise care. I hope that I can make this experience easy for you knowing they are in safe hands.
Most of my walks are around Bradley Stoke, I usually walk around the three brooks nature reserve, but if your dog enjoys a bit more adventure, I'm more than happy to drive out to places like North Nibley or Cheddar Gorge for a change of scene. 
If your pet is especially active I’ll happy take it on a hike or run. No matter where we go, I will always make sure your pet is happy and enjoying themselves.
However if your pet is happy snuggling for a snooze up on the sofa, I'll be on hand to tend to them. 
When it comes to keeping pets content, I'll happily tailor to what they enjoy, Such as enrichment games or gentle cuddling in front of the telly for the more relaxed type. I'm very happy to maintain any feeding routines that your pet is used to whether that specific times of day or portions or preparation methods so that day feels familiar to them.
I'm confident when caring for dogs or cats of any breed, and will ask you about their temperament and personality, to make sure I can't be the right fit for them. I'm also confident with your pet's special needs or particular routines such as making sure they take any tablets, worming medication or receiving eye drops. I'll take their safety very seriously, if any trouble was to arise I'd stay calm, act quickly and make sure your pet gets the support they need. I would never put your pet in a situation I was uncomfortable with, such as making sure I'm aware if your pet has any medical issues, making sure I'm walking in a safe area and they stay warm and hydrated when out and about.

My love for animals started when I was a child. I grew up surrounded by cats, dogs, and rabbits. Rescuing and caring for animals has always been an important part of my life.
Later in life I worked as a veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on experience caring for animals and understanding their needs.&nbsp;Over the years I have also regularly helped friends and family by looking after their pets, making sure they are comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away.
I also enjoy supporting animal rescues and often volunteer and help where I can.
At home I currently have two cats, Missy and Milo, who are a big part of my family.
I am comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, including shy or anxious animals. My experience includes:
• Feeding and maintaining daily routines
• Cleaning litter boxes and pet areas
• Administering medication such as pills or inhalers
• Spending quality time playing and keeping pets company
• Understanding animal behaviour and recognising when something may be wrong
I have a valud DBS check, and I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident when leaving their pets in someone else’s care.
During visits, I will keep you updated with plenty of photos and videos&nbsp;so you you can see your pets happy, comfortable, and well looked after.&nbsp;Your pets will always be treated with patience, kindness, and respect.&nbsp;My goal is to ensure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away
