"We had such a wonderful experience with Yiran for a housesitting over the weekend. She was incredibly communicative, which gave us much peace of mind while we were away. We received regular updates and could tell right away that Elliot was in great hands. She took amazing care of him. We came back to a very happy and relaxed Elliot and couldn’t be more grateful. "Gabi and Brett were absolutely spot on in every way. Fantastic pre-holiday communication, and then Brett stayed with our Labrador and our cats over the hottest week of the Summer. He kept in touch every day without fail, with photos and videos of his interactions with our pets. We came back to a well-watered garden, and very relaxed animals who had obviously been excellently cared for.
Honestly I’m a little concerned that if this review is too glowing, they will become too popular and we definitely want to ask them to look after our pets next time!

"Kathy did an amazing job of taking care of our brood of pets. We were a bit worried about leaving our very nervous dog with someone new, but within a day, Kathy had won her over and even managed to get our somewhat aloof cats to warm us to her as well. Kathy was friendly and super organised and provided regular updates on how the pets were getting on while we were away (which I really appreciated, seeing as I get anxious when I leave the pets behind). She was really accommodating with the routine we set with our pets (even though they are definitely spoiled little creatures) and gave us great confidence in our initial meeting that we were leaving our pets in safe hands (which we clearly were). I would highly recommend her services and will definitely be reaching out in the future when we go away. "

"We are so pleased we reached out to Alia - her excellent care of our dogs, cat and house while she stayed for 2 weeks meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday. Although we were nervous leaving them for so long for the first time with a new house sitter, Alia took time to visit us twice before the stay and made an exceptional effort to understand each of our animals and their specific requirements (one highly anxious dog and another with poor recall/ a tendency to run off to explore!). She did an amazing job of looking after them, and regular updates while we were away were much appreciated. I think they absolutely loved their time with her and built a strong bond. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be booking again! "

"Ildiko looked after our three cats for a week in August. She was very conscientious and efficient and made sure our cats were wonderfully looked after. She kept in touch after each visit and sent lots of photos and reports back. She even had to deal with an avoidant cat and one who caught a bird! I have given her 5 stars in all categories. Louise "

"I had Claire stay at the house for three days looking after my cat while I was away with family. She came over in advance of the booking for a meet and greet with me and Thor. Communication leading up to the booking was fantastic and while I was away I had regular updates with photos which was fantastic. The house was clean and tidy when I’d returned, just as I’d left it. Will definitely have Claire sit for Thor next time I’m away and would highly recommend."
