"Charlotte did an amazing job looking after our cat and puppy. She was really flexible when our plans changed and she took the time to understand our needs. "Alia house and dog sat for us over Christmas and did a wonderful job. Ralph is not an easy dog as he is a large and very nervous rescue but she came and met him a few times before her stay won him over quickly and they were proper buddies by her stay. She sent lots of pictures, kept the house immaculate and was even flexible with finish times when we had travel difficulties returning home. We would highly recommend. "
